hebt voor 200 EUR besteld 2 maan geleden, nog altijd niets ontvangen. de communicatie via mail is een antwoord denk ik van een chatbot. krijg geeen gegevens trackinggegevens van mijn bestelling. ze zeggen dat het al is aangeboden en hebben het terug gestuurd. zou voor terugzending 60 EUR moeten betalen. de website ziet er professioneel uit. ze gebruiken de officiele als layout van xpeng.
