Worst company ever! Delivery planned for 30/08.. one week has passed and nothing yet. When I contact them, they give me divergent information on the status of the delivery and say they will get back in touch, but never do. It was to be delivered on September 6th and the delivery of XPO delivered on September 4 to an empty house. It is now sitting outside of the garage by itself. We received no time window phone call or anything from the XPO driver and he should be fired.

If MINUS 100 was available this would be the rating for this shocking delivery company. Where to start.... Placed an order with Homebase which was confirmed to be delivered by 16th August. I required these items for my kitchen which was being fitted. I received a missed call from them on 16th August, which was to book in a date for the delivery of my order, however been in work I am not always able to answer my phone. The fact they do not allow a link to book your order online which would be far quicker & easier all round process totally baffles me. I had to then contact this company on numerous of days on my lunch break to try and schedule delivery of my items which may I add became mission impossible. I was on hold for up to 1 hour and more each time. I had to hang up a few times due to the wait and my lunch break being finished, wasted trying to sort my delivery out. I eventually got through to someone on a Tuesday. She confirmed next delivery couldn't be to the following Monday as this is the only day the driver delivers in this area. I explained that we were already over 2 weeks from my delivery that was paid for and supposed to have already been delivered I required this before the Monday as my joiner was awaiting these items to complete my kitchen that was being installed. After another wasted call for around 30 minutes of being placed on hold and the advisor back n fourth she told me she would have to speak to her manager and call me back. She called me back to confirm delivery would be scheduled for 27th August rather than 2nd September as I was first told. I accepted this although I was still not completely satisfied. On delivery scheduled date I had no update of my order being out for delivery. I contacted XPO again to advise of this. I was then told by another not very helpful advisor that my delivery wasn't out due to it not being loaded onto the van. By this point I was about to blow, I explained to the advisor that this was a total joke and not my fault and that I required these items urgently. She advised me she would speak with her colleague who would try and get this order delivered the next day and call me back before 6pm. I never received a call back nor an update as expected from this shocking company. They do not care less about your items being delivered. I am not being told again the items can not be delivered to 2nd September which is totally unacceptable. I have raised a complaint with Homebase also regarding this matter. I would never use this company nor will I shop with Homebase again if this is the delivery company they rely on. Shocking all round experience , stay clear if you can mange to.
The bare minimum
XPO delivered my peloton bike on Friday. I’d had one before that was delivered by the dedicated Peloton team, so I knew it was meant to be assembled and tested on delivery.
XPO turned up, said it wouldn’t fit where I wanted it (despite having had one the same size in that space for two years). They abandoned it in the kitchen and left.
Fortunately I was able to assemble it myself and everything worked, if it hadn’t I would have been furious.
Total rubbish causing a cancel
No delivery no contact ended up cancelling my keter shed from toolstation the tracking is shocking never works I even got one that said your delivery is due the 9th Aug and it was sent on the 15th Aug please keter stop using them oh and they phoned today to ask what day I was in lol 12 days after original delivery date
Rude and unhelpful
I never chose this delivery company, they delivered (just about) my Homebase order. Firstly, Ibtried to use their 'tracking' map so I could keep an eye on how far away they were so I didn't miss them, only to be faced with a blue dot on a blank screen so, very useless 'map' to track order. I was not expecting such a huge box. When they pulled it out if the van I remarked at the size if the box and they began to say something in their language which was clearly aimed at me and began laughing. You don't have to speak the same language as someone to understand body language and energy. They brought the 40kg box into my living room and i asked if they could please bring it into my conservatory. One of them just said no with a blank face. I said so if I am a lone female with no one to help me move this box, I am just stuck with this 40kg box in my living room? And the other young man said 'well basically yes'. They were rude clearly lazy, and very unhelpful. I have had other drivers go above and beyond to help me as they knew I was not capable to move a heavy item on my own but these lot just didn't care one bit. If you have a choice, please avoid this company. Please! Worst delivery drivers ever. FURDECO were amazing!! Try them instead!!

Unbelievably Bad, Pointless Email communication
I can only reiterate the feelings of the majority of contributors, first you get a Email saying that your delivery will be made in this case on the 26th July 2024,the delivery was never made or attempted, you then receive multiple Emails saying that the delivery will be made on subsequent dates, all of which amount to nothing. when you click through on the link to XPO's tracking it either does not work or it says that the delivery is "On Time" when this happens the next time you receive a Email notification and you click through to the tracking history it says "Record changed" but magically they still says the delivery date is "On Time" you can not get through on their supplied phone number and the local depots phone number can not be found either on their website or the Internet in general. 5 promised delivery dates when you have to be in from 7am to 7pm as these are their hours of delivery. BUT THEY NEVER TURN UP

I had a call to arrange delivery 26th July and had agreed a date 3rd August.
The day arrives and I heard nothing about the item being delivered and it never came. Rang to see where it was, the first time I got hung up on and the next I got put on hold and never got through to customer support. In the end I rang the original company Keter, they found out it had been delayed and they sorted the issue and arranged another delivery date without me knowing. Still have no reason for it not arriving! Finally 1 week after they originally said they would deliver it has arrived. The delivery drivers were extremely rude, wanted me to sign before even seeing the item (that was still inside the van) and wanted me to carry a shed by myself out the van and round the back. I said I wouldn’t be able to do that and they reluctantly carried it round the back while speaking to each other about me. Overall an awful experience and will never be using this company ever again.
Tony and Tom at Wigan are a true credit to XPO
I feel that I am an exception to the reviews that I have read, however, my review is solely for Tony and Tom from the Wigan depot who have delivered to me this morning.
We received a call to advise that T&T were 10 minutes away and they arrived exactly within that time frame.
My house is elevated and frankly annoying for anyone to deliver to, especially 96 boxes and 3 worktops, however, not once did they complain, they offloaded into my room of choice promptly.
One thing I will say is that the delivery timeframe given to the driver is nowhere near sufficient to undertake such tasks as a kitchen, worktops and accessories.
Tony and Tom are a credit to XPO and I am grateful that I had excellent service from them today.
Both were friendly and as aforementioned did not once complain about the umpteen boxes.
Left me with a broken shower
They installed a dishwasher for me, had to return due to an installation error , then did something that disconnected the shower on their second visit. They refused to return, cancelling twice, placing responsibility on the dishwasher manufacturer. Their customer service representative was rude on the phone and unwilling the help.

The driver was beyond rude and obnoxious- missed delivery window as had a sick child in hosp left a note to call so neighbour could sign for it and he was abusive on the phone. Complained to his manager about the interaction

Knocking on the door is not the done thing today apparently. Waited in for the morning only for the driver to play knock and run, only without the knocking. Checked the mobile in the afternoon and have missed calls and messages from the company saying 'Sorry we missed you.' I'm here waiting!

Dino.and Radian delivered our new BBQ today. The kept us updated on the delivery and it was delivered on time. They even called us to say they were 25 mins awsy which was really helpful

I was told I’d have my outdoor furniture by Monday 1st July. Which was great as I had a party planned for the following day.
I received an email stating that the estimated delivery time was 2:15pm.
It never arrived.
The following day I received an email at 7:02am stating that my delivery was the next stop. So I rushed back home to be there in time, to find out the estimated delivery time was 5:13pm. The next thing, it’s showing that it was delivered at 9am!?
Which is nonsense as I was at the property and nobody shown up to either me or my neighbours.
I contacted the “customer services” team (I use that term very loosely!) and found the guy I was speaking to unbelievably obnoxious. I was told it my delivery was missing and that I would hear back from them… guess what? Nothing!
I contacted HomeBase. They said they would contact XPO for the Proof of Delivery as not surprisingly there was none with this phantom delivery, and said I would hear back from them once they have it.
Still heard nothing back.

I had a delivery today to Stockton on Tees. My drivers had come up from Liverpool. I did get a link to comment but it couldn't find the page. The two fellas were amazing. Very friendly. I was updated of the delivery times constantly. I would definitely recommend them.
