£4k of repairs
I bought a car for £7k. It needed £4k of repairs within two months of buying. The dealer ghosted me.

We bought a Toyota Alphard that was imported from Japan for us and have received excellent customer service. Even a week after completing the sale we had some questions regarding the car audio system, they have gone out of their way to help us find a solution. If I was going to buy another imported car or any other car I would definitely purchase through XPO Motors.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID…Absolute rouges these lot… bought a Nissan Leaf in 2022 (march) when I test drove it there were two keys, when I picked it up there was one key? They said they would post it on… never did and phoned them lots of times to be lied , fobbed off and just totally rude to me…. Had to buy a spare key at £120 as you always need a spare…
Anyway I would avoid this place like the plague…. They are villains of the highest degree…
The car when purchased the boot did not open and windscreen washers did not work yet passed an MOT less than 2k miles done the car is dangerous to drive and not answering my calls.
Do not buy from here a disgrace to the car dealership industry
Avoid, car was unroadworthy (whole list of faults, missing parts and half-fixes).
These cowboys fought and fought both me and my finance company for months not to give any money back despite being given back the car.
Terrible customer services and I'm just lucky the car managed not to break down on me anywhere dangerous.
I bought a vehicle from this dealer with 2 years extended warranty for which I paid in addition to the purchase price.
Recently when I had tried to utilise the warranty, I was informed it was cancelled due to a non-payment from this car dealer.
I contacted the car dealer and without fail he gave excuses and began to ignore my calls. I am now in process of taking legal action. PLEASE BE AWARE. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
