You were with a customer service representative a while ago and was about to help out but somehow you were no longer replying.
The telephone number to call for the activation can be seen in the activation window. Select your country then provide the Installation ID. Should you have issues with activating via telephone, our customer service representatives can call Microsoft on your behalf.

Hi Alba,
Upon checking the account and email that you have sent us. You wanted to use your purchased license on a new computer but it is still registered to your old computer. Hence you will be using the same license on 2 computer devices which is breaches Microsoft's license term.
As we have explained previously, the only way to use Office on your new computer is to purchase a new license.
If you want to use your license, you may try the telephone activation. The telephone activation option can be seen after the installation. You may still have the access to your digital files and allowed to download the full Office suite installer.
