Problems with payment: PayPal adds 3-4% more on the SRF->EUR trading exchange. If it is possible, next time I try to pay via e-banking and an IBAN of your bank.

Been with them for 7 years now, only ever had one issue that was cleared up in 48 hours. I usually grab the renewal on sale which they have 3 or 4 time a year.
