Recieved lenova idealpad 310.
On setup it was immediately obvious that there was a probem with something internal as it was rattling.
However pc booted up ok. I then found the 2 usb ports not working.
Looked on xs ony website for return details, nothing there.
Sent a message theough the un-manned live message service.
Got a response next day to say that they would send a courier to pick up the following day.
They advised pickup for the next day i had to stay off work as the would not give me a time for pickup.
I asked why the issues had not been picked up in the quality check, and was advised that the laptop is shipped from elsewhere so not inspected by xs only.
I got my money back 7 days after purchasing.
Not so much as an apology.
Ive lost a days work and could not get a replacement sorted for a week until i got a refund due to the company prividing a shoddy product
Never again!

Xsonly reconditioned pc purchase
Initially a bit worried about buying a refurbished computer online, particularly as a computer numbty.
Delivered 24 hours later.
My problems started after initially booting up the computer.
I contacted Paul Taylor, customer services, by email, and the guy couldn’t have been more helpful. I needed his support over several days and he always responded promptly. Brilliant! Well done Paul.
