I had a terrible experience with XT platform. I made a withdrawal, but they didn’t process it. When the price of the token dropped, they told me to cancel the transaction and try again. After I canceled, I couldn’t withdraw my tokens at all. This is unacceptable and feels very shady. Their withdrawal system is unreliable, and it seems like they manipulate users during critical times. Be cautious!

I started with a down payment of $50,500 after seeing a few films starring famous people. They kept asking for more money. After 30 days, they informed me that my account was locked due to my increased income and that I would have to pay more to get it unfrozen. I had to answer every question on the quiz that was provided to me. When they wanted my money, they did offer to test me. For whatever reason, Ultimate would not return my money. Madacovi's attentiveness allowed me to locate the information I needed when I followed up with them. This amount is significant.

Had some tokens worth 180$ and they wouldn't let me withdraw due to limit. They would let me withdraw tokens worth 1$ only per day out of 180$ 😂 incurred a loss of 40$

As soon as you make profit they block your account and steal your money. Stay stay away, they stole my money

The website does not allow anymore to withdraw KRC20 tokens.
I bought 300$ values of KASPER on XT.
The withdrawal was suspended, so I decided to sell them to get USDT back.
The price dropped 35% when I sold and I lost 100$, probably due to insufficient liquidity on the exchange (of course on other exchange the price was still the same).

Upset for my loss, I decided to withdraw all of my capital from the website.
Result: not able to withdraw anything, all my capital are frozen for no reason.

Customers support not answering anything but predefined messages.

The exchange caused a loss of certain funds on KRC20 tokens and then restricted users to withdraw their KRC20 tokens because they wouldn't cover for loss they have responsible for. Long story short, lost a bunch of money for XT malpractice. Truly bottom of the barrel when it comes to service. Stay away

To withdraw your funds at XT.com is no problem. I wonder why people keep saying you can't withdraw.

Idk about this much just entered and deposted 3 usdt because their was a low cap coin in this exchange but seems like the app as a whole is very bad but on coinmarketcap it was with every lowcap coin so i thought to give it a try but they are a scam

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the XT Exchange due to the following issues:
1. Suspension of Trades and User Losses:
XT Exchange repeatedly suspends trading and limits user accounts, resulting in users missing out on profit opportunities and incurring significant losses.
2. Issues with Pre-Market Trading:
In my most recent experience, I purchased the ME token in XT’s Pre-Market section at around $3. After the token was listed on major exchanges like Binance, its price reached $15. However, XT suspended trading, preventing users from accessing the profits from this price surge.
3. Losses After Resuming Trades:
When trading reopened, the price of ME was still above $5, and all users were in profit. Despite this, my funds were inexplicably reduced to nearly zero. This demonstrates either gross mismanagement or outright fraud by the exchange.
4. Lack of Accountability:
XT Exchange has provided no response or resolution to user complaints. This lack of transparency and accountability has caused significant frustration and financial harm to its users.
5. Frequent Trade Suspensions:
The exchange frequently suspends trading, which appears to be a deliberate policy to exploit user funds.

Request:
I urge the appropriate authorities to investigate XT Exchange’s actions and take necessary legal measures. I also strongly advise all users to avoid trading on this platform, as its behavior constitutes blatant theft and unprofessional conduct.

Scam exchange, They suspended haft of coin all of time.

This is a HORRIBLE experience from all aspects. Please STAY AWAY from XT.com IT is virtually impossible to withdraw your funds. The Google Authentication does not work regardless of how often you attempt to input the COPIED code. You reach out to support and get no response. Please STAY AWAY.
As an update, I have purchased Virtual Protocol Coin April 2/2024 at .18 Cents. It has almost 20X and all of the sudden the asset has disappeared from my account. My balance shows ZERO! Not only I could not withdraw a few weeks ago as reported above, now the asset/money is gone. What a disgraceful pseudo exchange. Karma.......I do believe it will catch up with you, XT.com

On 2024/12/02, I encountered a serious issue with my trade on the XT exchange. I placed a sell order for Fantom (FTM) at an entry price of 1.0169 with a target price of 1.01. Despite the price reaching my target, the trade was not executed as expected. Instead, the exchange closed the trade at 1.017, with a 0.7% discrepancy, causing a substantial financial loss.

In another case, I had a sell order at 1.0313 with a target of 1.025. Even though the price approached the target within the same percentage range, the exchange did not execute the trade. This delay caused my account to be liquidated, leading to the complete loss of my funds.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the support team, I received vague responses without proper technical explanations. They claimed the issue was due to market volatility and execution as a market order. However, I had used Limit Orders, which should have executed precisely at my target prices.

This situation clearly reflects a failure in the exchange's systems, resulting in significant financial harm. I demand a full refund of my losses and immediate action to address this problem. I urge other users to be cautious, as such issues could happen to anyone.

I deposited $2200 to start trading, after my account rose to $7800 I thought I would withdraw my money. I was told by customer service ( after the withdrawal being reviewed and then “ rejected “ , I looked to see why it said I cancelled it which I did not), that I had to deposit an additional $2800 to reach gold vip and unlimited withdrawal, and if I didn’t deposit within 5 days I would lose 20% per day. Stay away from this site.

I bought coins in 2022 now I can’t sell/transfer/withdraw
When I checked with them they said they deleted those coins that worth millions dollars..

I’m sold my crypto and received 80% less than I have to Receive absolutely unbelievable rubbish get away of this exchange.

UPDATE: they told me 7 months after I paid card must arrrive soon...great prices for bitcoin mining in the clozud very profitable onbly con I paid for a CC since 5 months still not have it....:(

In 2021 I bought tokens in Ariva/ARV, about one year later they delisted Ariva/ARV from their exchange. Furthermore they also removed the Ariva/ARV that I had on my account, instead of giving me the chance to transfer it to another exchange, which still has Ariva/ARV listed.

I contacted costumer support to retrieve what they had stolen from me. They told me, if I wanted my Ariva/ARV back, then I had to pay them money and transfer that money to some blockchain address.
-This is absolutely absurd! They stole my assets and now they want me to pay them money to get it back...

This exchange needs to be shut down and the management behind bars!
