I am super happy with the customer service of XTool. I bought the S1 about a month or so ago and a part broke. I got in touch with the customer service team and they figured out the problem and sent out a new part right away. . XTool kept in touch until I got the new part and resolved the problem.

Yes, it has it's limitations, but for the price, you can do sooo many many things with it. And I would recommend buying the slider plate thing so you can engrave/cut bigger surfaces.

Awesome products and awesome customer service. The door seal on my P2 laser started failing. I stated a chat and within 5 minutes Kai found what I needed, and helped me place the order. He was extremely helpful and I hope if I have any future issues I deal with him or someone just as good! I love this company- that’s why the products cost a little more- you get a better overall experience!
Sometimes things go wrong with technology. It happens to all sellers. What makes a company stand out is how they handle these hiccups. XTool is amazing at backing their products! I just had an issue with my Ultra and inline fan and before I could even make it to UPS to drop them off, my new machine was here! Lia from XTool communicated through the whole process and sent me tracking right away. I couldn’t be happier and will continue to be a loyal customer and supporter!
The PS2 Laser has performed amazingly. Set up was straight forward and cleaning the machine has been a breeze. The Honeycomb base is awesome and clips are magnetic which is really nice. The AP2 has greatly reduced the fumes generated by the machine and was a worth while investment. The fire safety kit was lost in the mail and working with xtool to get it replaced at no charge has been great. They have been very helpful and prompt in their service. 10 out of 10 recommend xtool.

Setting up xtool laser cutter is straightforward and the software is great!!
The best thing is xtool has a great social media presence and they keep doing live sessions. The xtool community is super helpful too which also makes the overall experience smooth!

I absolutely love my Xtool lasers. I honestly can’t imagine my life now without having a laser. These products are user-friendly and things you can make feel like an endless opportunity. I use my laser for home projects like making silverware trays that are custom to items that I sell like board games. Having this laser allows me to be home with my children And work from home. I feel like these products are made to last and are built solid. Customer service has been great when I’ve had a few questions.
While I don't expect any business to be perfect, xTool has been very helpful over the last 1.5 years in supporting my xTool devices. There are things in the software that I had issues with, but the software dev team maintains an open ear to improvements and all of my wish-list questions (as well as many wishes from the online community) have been addressed nicely.
This particular review is gratitude for the xTool support through the P2 Facebook Group, specifically Jennifer and Estelle! I had difficulty locating a replacement bolt for the conveyor add-on in my local area. (The head was getting stripped.) My messaged them to as how to order new bolts. I'm sure the shipping cost was more expensive than the bolts. This team's triage questions were on point and they ended up just sending me the bolts. Given the time zone distance, their responses were timely and on point and my bolts arrived within a few days.
From the first day using my xTool P2, I have greatly valued the equipment (except for the original air filter). The Facebook Groups are large and have experienced and empathetic community members who willingly share helpful tips. The xTool Support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been with xTool for a good minute now. I first started with their D1 10W laser as a simple hobby. The software was basic and I was slowly learning a new skill. Over the years I have accumulated a total of five lasers including the F1, F1 Ultra, the P2, the M1 ultra, and my old reliable D1. All of these lasers have been amazing, from receiving the lasers in top notch shipping, to their overall output. Owning xTool lasers gave me and my oldest daughter the ability to start a small business that continues to see growth. I travel with my lasers to shows and find a joy in creating custom gifts for those that request them. What's more is the amazing customer service you receive with xTool. I can recall when my big xTool, P2, went down. I explained to xTool what happened and they sent me the part it needed and a clear video walkthrough to fix it. Even now I have an issue with my F1 ultra laser and xTool is taking care of it. This is a company that care about its customers. Moreover, their software continues to get more amazing and has so many useful features compared to when I first started with them. The AI make is such a fun a innovative feature. I highly highly recommend xTool to any enthusiast looking to get into the field of laser engraving. This company is top notch, their products are high quality, and you will not regret it!
I do not trust this company. Last time I ordered their new hot foil transfer pen set, which contains three pen tips(thin, bold, and regular). However, what I received was one thin and TWO IDENTICAL regular tips, but no bold tip. That questions me and after talking with their sales support. I've been told that their bold pen tip WAS OUT OF STOCK. I think this is not a big problem if you INFORM ME BEFORE YOU SHIPPED MY ORDER. But it is NOT OK to tell me after I've found out what's going on. It is HORRIBLE when you send me two regular tips just to try to COVER UP your inventory issue. We are customers but we ARE NOT STUPID.

Xtool p2 owner, I have had 3 laser machine now and my p2 is by far the best machine I have had. I had gone to the p2 from a completely different manufacturer. I had a machine like the p2 that never worked right and had gone through 3 of their machine each with their own different problems so the machine never worked as it should. My p2 had worked right out of the box and has changed my business so much. I love the conveyor feature, I can now make bigger things with out breaking up the file. And doing tumblers is a breeze. And if there is ever a problem the support is amazing. I only had to use it once, but something I was missing and they sent it right out. I would different buy this p2 over and over again.
