I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN XTRACING CHAIR …TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN XTRACING CHAIR VIA THE GAME WEBSITE. IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO ARRIVE . WHEN WE UN BOXED IT TO PUT IT TOGETHER , IT QUICKLY BECAME APPARENT THAT THERE WERE NO LEGS !- OVER A WEEK LATER I HAVE SPENT OVER 6 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND VIA EMAIL ALSO LIVE CHATS TO GAME AND ALSO PHONED XTRACING DIRECT AND NOBODY WANTS TO HELP ME. I AM NOW AT THE POINT WHERE I WANT THE BOX COLLECTED AND A FULL REFUND - AT NO POINT HAS THIS BEEN OFFERED. I AM BEING ASKED TO PROVE THAT THE LEGS ARE MISSING BY PROVIDING PHOTOS OF THE BITS THAT DID ARRIVE ! HONESTLY I CANNOT EXPRESS JUST HOW BAD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS = WILL I EVER GET MY MONEY BACK OR THE LARGE BOX OF CHAIR PARTS COLLECTED FROM MY HOME ?

Great Chair, very happy with the colour (Red) and very comfortable, lots of ways to adjust the chair. Very easy to put together. Would recommend the EVO chairs to anyone...
