Beware the validity of the warranty this company offers…

Beware the warranty this company offers is apparently not transferable if you move house. So if you are extending prior to marketing your house Xtraroom do not uphold the guarantee for their workmanship structure and materials!!
They also purport to be members of the Federation of Master builders and Guild of Master craftsmen.
We have a question about the integrity of the flat roof to ridge construction and they will not discuss as we are next owners.
