I love XTREAMTV but it’s just ridiculous that I’ve to use cryptocurrency to pay Ive been a valued customer for years they keep saying card payments is under maintenance how long is something under maintenance? I can’t use crypto and Xtreme have just lost a customer

When it works it's pretty good... That's rarely.
When it works it's pretty good. I mean, everything you are supposed to get for the value is great however, failed streaming error and server error messages is what I tend to see more often that actual media. It's a real shame because I love the idea of the service. In fact after using it for an hour I was so sold on it I contacted someone on WhatsApp from the team and extendedy service. I now wish I didn't bother, it's a nightmare Constantly switching apps and re-entering details, if it does work it's very temporary.
Id stay away if you want reliability, I've missed several sports matches from re-entering details which is hugely frustrating

It saddens me to leave a review of 1 Star but I felt it necessary. We signed up for a 3 user system in April 2024. At the beginning any problems experienced, the response from xtreamtv support was very prompt. However, the buffering and occasional 'freeze' continued on all 3 boxes (different broadbands) and the CEO said they would gladly refund should we continue to experience these problems.
Xtreamtv have now removed the main sports channels we watch without any notification as well as various series. After me contacting them via email they responded that they were upgrading the servers. A week later and no programs returned I emailed and asked for a refund of the balance of the year's subscription. Needless to say I have not received a response and it appears all my further emails have been 'blocked'.

Services still not working for over a month I asked for an extension on my account as I was told that I would be compensated when the Services are stable now my account no longer exists on the system as I am unable to login with my details that have worked from the day I started
I have also just tried to contact on chat on the website to ask about the compensation was told reply within 5 - 10 minute and the chat was deleted and disappeared, is this because you guys don’t want to deal with this issue I feel like this is a scamming company who do not want to accept fault
EDIT / UPDATE (Wednesday 19th June 2024)
The Admin of the company has resolved the issue and provided me with 1 month subscription as compensation they have re assured me that a company had scammed them and caused the server to go down however they now run a stable and reliable service and can recommend this IPTV service to anyone looking to purchase

Using XTREAMTV to promote a SCAM
Last week, after taking a 24hr trial, I bought a 12 month/$50 sub from a provider called "FlareFlix". The streaming service was hosted on an XSTREAMTV server (xtreamtv.watch:443/) but after 2 days the server disappeared along with the provider and my $50.
In an effort to find out what was going on, I asked on the XTREAMTV chat app if they had any connection to "FlareFlix" and received a very terse "No" in response.
Now, it seems to me that something is wrong here when a server run by one company claims to have no knowledge of other providers on their network.
I'm just saying....be careful when choosing who you shop with for reliable IPTV services :-((
UPDATE 18/06/24
Shortly after posting my review, I received an email from xtreamtv support asking for details of the “flareflix” account so that they could check “if it was one of our resellers”.
I sent them a copy of the confirmation email I received from “FlareFlix” with details such as; Username/Password, Server URL, Playlist URL, Tel No. (no reply), etc.
In a follow up email, I also sent xtreamtv support the Paypal username of the fraudulent seller.
Now, anyone might think that it would then be a simple case of xtreamtv checking whether or not this is one of their resellers but their last email was 3 days ago and they did not reply to my latest email yesterday asking for an update.
Given the amount of detail on the confirmation email and the name on the Paypal account, it would seem pretty obvious that the perpetrator is indeed an xtream reseller who they can easily trace.
In view of the foregoing details I am left with a single conclusion….xtream support knows exactly who this is but are unwilling to take any responsibility for their resellers who can cheat and steal from buyers who are, ultimately, their own customers!
(in a legitimate business it’s called “a duty or care”).
Update No.2 18/06/24
XtreamUK got back to me today and offered to provide me with the 12 month IPTV service free of charge !!
I must say that I really appreciate this gesture as the problem was not of their making and as such they did not actually have to do anything at all...they just took a responsible approach and made it right for me :-)

Edit: it appears I signed up 30 mins before they conducted server maintenance and my user credentials were removed when they restored.
Following the weekend where it didn’t work, I’ve had good service since, some minor intermittent issues but they’ve always been minor.

Unfortunately my experience has been pretty awful, signed up securely following Troypoints advice which took a few days due to waiting for cryptocurrency to activate as I didn’t already have this.
The service lasted 45 mins and hasn’t worked since, systems are reporting to me that my user doesn’t exist.
I’ve reported this on the platform / log-in. I’ve been told for the last two days that the system is under “maintenance” yet their website is reporting no issues with service. So which is it?
Unfortunately I suspect the answer to that question is that this was all a scam, the system works for a few mins but then turns off, perhaps to not give you enough time to check out everything and check it isn’t actually working as promised?
All in all, a scam and best to avoid!!
