Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! I purchased a adhesive for over $90 and nothing comes out! Not a single drop. I called and explained how this has never happened and that I would like a new adhesive sent out or a refund. And I have not received anything. Even after sending pictures and offering to send product back so they could problem shoot the issue so it doesn’t happen again, I will never purchase anything from this company again

Customer services is always looking to help me to save money I love the emails that let me know about sales and different offers that’s available to help me to save money. Hoping for Improvement
I have loved Xtreme Lashes for a few years now and stand behind the brand however the last year have been a little dissatisfied with the shipping. I understand the last couple of years have taken a toll on all distributors and businesses, however I have been waiting on “back-order” items since 2021. Sadly since I have not received those items I have had to seek out other brands to fill the void. I am hoping things will change soon and I can continue to support Xtreme Lashes.

Our sophisticated supply chain team with its advanced algorithms did not fully anticipate the significant global component delays. While this has been excruciating for Jo Mousselli and our team to endure because of the impact to our customers, we have performed relatively well. Our advanced supply team procedures have limited the impact to a large degree. As of today, we have only 40 items out of stock out of approximately 2,000. We are therefore out of stock on only 2% of our SKUs. We hope to quickly move this down to our typical "near 0%" over the coming weeks. Again, we appreciate you and hope to continue to earn you trust and business again.
