Horrible online shop
I’ve bought a duvet and duvet cover online. It said I would get a pillow free of charge. Now I received an email saying that I am not eligible for the stupid pillow (which I didn’t even see that I would get) and they are going to reimburse me my money: in 14 days!!!!!!! What a way to work with my money and giving me nothing in return. It’s a horrible shop, buy somewhere else.

Caution: Misleading discount tactics despite €12,000 turnover
I have been a loyal customer at the XXXLutz Aschheim location, spending over €12,000 on a kitchen and several beds. Based on this history, I was issued a €50 'Freundschaftskarte' coupon. I used this toward a sofa priced at €2,380 after the sales representative explicitly stated that no further discounts were possible.
To my shock, the exact same sofa was discounted by €580 just two days later.
It is incredibly disappointing to see a company use small 'loyalty coupons' to lock in a sale, only to offer a massive price reduction immediately after. This feels less like a reward for patronage and more like a tactic to 'fish' customers into buying before a real sale.
After spending significant money at this brand, I feel cheated rather than valued. I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

Don’t buy it
The pieces arrived little by little over the course of two months, without any prior notice of delivery dates — a delivery person would just show up unexpectedly with a package. The assembly instructions are poor and incomplete. Some parts had stains that looked like glue on the plywood. The material is particle board. Poor quality and even worse customer service.

Extremely disappointed with this
Extremely disappointed with this company’s service. My order has been delayed for weeks with zero proactive communication. I had to keep chasing them for updates, and even then, I only received vague promises that the parts would “arrive soon.”
When I asked to cancel the order due to the long delay, they refused, despite not fulfilling their end on time. Their response was to “wait patiently” or go buy the parts myself — absolutely unacceptable for a paid order.
This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for customers’ time. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

We ordered a sofa which stated 1-2…
We ordered a sofa which stated 1-2 weeks delivery. After 4 weeks we still had no update, the sofa was being ordered through another company - Kaiser Moebel. Anytime we had questions Xlutz sent us their way and didn’t answer anything. We finally got an update that the sofa would be delivered. It took 4 weeks longer than originally stated. Sofa colour was different than we thought and we are sending the sofa back. Again, all this has to be done through their supplier. Very poor experience, I won’t be ordering from them again and I would advise anyone else to avoid, they are very quick to state it’s not their issue.

The lack of updates or clear guidance made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. A few helpful people, but not enough to save the experience.

# never again! Ordered a schrank in February. Delivered and assembled 6 weeks later. Defective parts. Another 7 weeks the work team brought the needed part. Assembled but had further assembly problems and missing 1 shelf. Shelf arrived 3 weeks later. A disaster. German Quality is a joke.

it's OK at best
there is a vast and various offer, but the service is really bad. We ordered one bed online and one table at a shop: the order placed online is 4 weeks delayed and still counting, for the one bought at the shop we received an email to fix a delivery date but the website to do so is ''currently not working'' (i've been trying to fix the delivery for at least two weeks now)

One of the worst customer service…
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After reporting issues with a mattress bought from their store in April 2024, I spent nearly six months trying to get any meaningful support from XXXLutz. Emails and calls went unanswered, and on multiple occasions, staff abruptly ended phone calls or claimed poor connections. Despite several written notices, they almost arranged the pick-up from my old address.
I ended up contacting the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue. I won’t buy anything from XXXLutz again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable post-sale support.

Good products but difficult to assemble
We bought a bed and the quality is quite good, is well built and sturdy. The problem is assembling the bed: the instructions are confusing, too many parts to assemble, I mean, toooooo many parts. I almost had to hire a carpenter to do it, but I decided to make it by myself, ruining a pair of pieces of course. And the worst, I wrote them to ask for the pieces I broke and they don't have spare parts for their products. It's a shame. Now we have a good looking bed with visible damages :(

Poor lager service
My driver to offload 5 pieces ( less than 300 kg ) in D-84177 XXXL lager took more than 24 hours. Offloading service like in Russia. Never again.
P.s. Don't need XXXL write sorry for inconvieniece and apologies i just share my drivers' expierence...
