Weird way to do business, they insisted on some expensive periodic subscriptions, and I moved on. Their not very transparent with the customers.

This company pretends to be Spectrum. They sign you up as a reseller for Spectrum under them as a reseller. Yo could sign up yourself and cut out the middle man. Then they try to get you to sign up for XYZreviews.com. They say they will pay you to get 10 reviews for your business. But really want to charge you $300/month. I sincerely hope this is not another Yelp mafia (BUT WORSE)
