I came to know about y axis through Google I would like to rate the services 5 star for all the processing and consulation especially Ramya mam for everything thank u so much mam

Luckily, I didn’t pay them anything. As others have mentioned, they overpromise and underdeliver (if anything, that’s putting it lightly). A representative rang me and talked at me for 15 minutes even after I explained I was at work, insisting they were a ‘real company from Melbourne’ — which only made them sound less credible.

I later emailed asking for clear information, including a full breakdown of their fees, what I can expect, etc. I never got a proper reply, just poorly written WhatsApp messages and calls at 8pm. When I followed up, specifically requesting a written response to my questions, they sent another vague WhatsApp message assuring me they weren’t scammers (which in itself felt like a red flag).

That was enough for me to cut off contact. I strongly suggest others proceed with caution.

Warning: Please be careful before trusting Y‑Axis

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Y‑Axis and I do not want anyone else to go through the same. They took my hard‑earned money but failed to deliver any proper service. I am sharing my experience so that even if one person avoids this consultancy, my efforts will be worth it.

Here is what I faced:

They collected the full payment on 9th May 2025, but the agreement was signed only on 12th May 2025.

After taking the money, they suddenly pointed out that I had "limited work experience" — something they should have assessed before payment.

They applied to only around 40 jobs and finished all the work in an hour — very unprofessional.

They submitted applications to expired jobs and even to female-only roles, despite having my complete profile.

Their manager scheduled meetings but never attended them.

My queries were constantly passed between different staff members (Prasanth, Rajvinder Kaur, GCC team, Megash, Victor, legal team) without any resolution for more than a month.

Emails were ignored; they only responded casually on WhatsApp instead of giving proper official replies.

Despite failing to provide the promised services, they are refusing to refund my money.

I also felt mentally harassed as they pressured me to continue with the service even after I requested multiple times for a refund.

I already posted a review earlier, but Y‑Axis has still not given any official response. I have all proofs, emails, and screenshots to support my claims.

If Y‑Axis is a genuine consultancy, they should publicly respond to this review on official platforms instead of ignoring customers.

Until then, I strongly advise you to stay away from them. Please share this with your friends and family so they don’t suffer the same fate.

I recently had a terrible experience with Y-Axis regarding their services for the Canada PR program, specifically the pilot program in the healthcare sector. Initially, Anuja Soodamani assured me that I was eligible for the Canada PR pilot program with only 4.5 bands in IELTS General and urged me to make the payment as soon as possible. Aakash Yash Charles also confirmed my eligibility before the payment on May 31, 2024. However, after the payment, the company shifted their focus to the express entry program, which requires 6 bands in IELTS, something that was not discussed beforehand.

Despite achieving 5 bands in my IELTS results sent on November 8, 2024, there was no progress or action taken on the promised pilot program. Mr. Shashank Dash kept suggesting that he was working on something, but I never saw any results from his efforts. I requested a refund on May 22, 2024, and was assured by Anuja that the process had been initiated, but to date, I have not received my £1300 back.

Now, all three individuals have stopped responding to my requests for a refund. Aakash is even denying the information he provided, despite my having all the recorded calls and emails that clearly show he gave me false information. This experience has been a clear breach of contract and a waste of both time and money. The lack of transparency and failure to deliver the promised services is unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone considering Y-Axis to look elsewhere to avoid similar frustrations and financial loss. If anybody wants to see proof, please contact me; I am happy to provide it. You can reply me and give your number I will share all evidence.

❌ BIG SCAM, STAY AWAY

I paid Y-Axis and their Australian immigration team for a 3-month job search service, based on their promise to actively help me secure a relevant job aligned with my career and immigration goals. Unfortunately, my experience was completely disappointing and felt like an outright scam.

For the whole period, they only applied to about 20 jobs per week using the “quick apply” feature on Indeed — something that takes less than 5 minutes and could have been done by anyone, without any effort or strategy. Even after repeatedly explaining my career objectives, they continued applying to irrelevant positions, showing no understanding of my profile or industry.

In the entire 3 months, they only managed to get me 3 interviews:
- 2 completely irrelevant jobs, not even matching my skills or experience.
- 1 turned out to be a scam job.

Despite countless follow-up emails and phone calls asking for accountability or a refund, they completely ignored me. The service was highly unprofessional, careless, and ultimately useless — wasting my money, time, and hope.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Y-Axis. Their promises are misleading and their service lacks any real value. It feels like they just take your money and do the bare minimum to appear active, without genuinely helping you.

Absolutely not recommend. Very unprofessional and not helpful. They just took your money and disappeared.
You do own everything like prepare documentation and Fill out the Application Form. I am really very disappointed with this consultancy. Beware these agents. Better find any other consultant.

Mohammed Ayub, Neeraj Kumar, Santhoshi Sneha assisted me during our family's US Visa.. They all are very patient and awesome human!! specially Neeraj kept on chasing me!! Good Job Everyone!! And yes we all got US B1/B2 visa.

You guys are money looters. Should be ashamed of calling yourself immigration consultants. Just take money and then candidate will have to follow up for everything. Indeed never recommend to anyone.

I have lodged a child visa application with Y-axis. Initially they were good but after collecting money, their services were pathetic and unresponsive. It is been 20 months since I lodged the application through them. But no follow up nothing f om them.

Y-axis is so professional and Nagarjuna is assigned for my immigration service. He is very clear and systematic in manner and providing status before I think of and keep following up me every stages and pushed me towards the goal.
I have received monthly updates from yaxis even though some tasks were pending at my end. Hopefully will have awesome experiences even more after invitation from provinces.
