We had an excellent experience dealing with Y1. Enquiry, iterations and order forms made simple with easy steps to follow. The staff answered any queries in no time and always provided the necessary solution. We will be making an order with Y1 again this year!

We copied our OM Rugby fleece design and slightly tweaked it for OM Netball and we all love them! Such an easy process from design to delivery & a fairly swift turnaround. Couldn’t recommend more & a thanks to Jodie for being super helpful showing sizes and answering any questions.

I recently placed an order for a custom team hockey strip through Y1.

From start to finish everyone at Y1 have been so helpful and accommodating.

The initial design options were great, and Y1 were happy to work through the intricacies of what we wanted to deliver a high quality kit you would expect from Y1.

Ollie and the team have been great through the production and final order phase. Communication was great and the team definitely delivered a top drawer playing kit, that more than met our requirements.

Their customer service and satisfaction have been the highest priority, and even with some delays on my behalf due to work commitments their patience and understanding have been incredibly greatly appreciated.

Only thing left is to say a massive thanks to everyone involved throughout the process.

The design team were really helpful, listening to our ideas and producing a range of mock-ups and willing to listen to our tweaks to help us get a design we loved.

I had an excellent experience with Y1. The customer service was brilliant and myself and the team love the fleeces we got.
I was back and forth a lot with designs but Frances was very helpful during this process. I also had concerns with the arrival time of the fleeces so I reached out to the customer service team and they were excellent. Jake prioritised our order and they were delivered shortly after. I also got email updates throughout the manufacturing process which was very helpful.
The quality and design of the fleeces are great. I would highly recommend Y1 for a kit order for any sports team.

Fantastic company offering high quality products, customer service is impeccable, I was lucky to have effective and amazing communication with Ollie M, 'Team-wear Sales Manager', he was able to help in every way possible for my club Trent Dodgeball to purchase club fleeces and will be recommending to the club to continue to use Y1, faultless.

We bought playing shirts and hoodies for our U18 hockey tour to Holland. We were on a really tight turnaround but the Y1 crew (especially Ollie Matthews) were amazing and got it all to us in time. The quality of the kit was great and the boys loved it.

Only reason for 4/5 was the delivery :( They didn’t message me and I had to travel to go pick it up which was lost in communication sadly.. I know this wasn’t Y1 but would’ve been 5/5 if not for delivery issues.

Good customer service and good quality products. However the colours on the fleeces we received did not exactly match the colours shown on the design, and the delivery was very slow.

Worked with Ollie on fleeces for my cheerleading team, he was so much help and the fleeces are perfect! Great quality and the team all love them, thank you!

The team members at Y1 were very helpful throughout the entire process. From helping us design our fleece, to keeping us updated with the order progress. The final 1/4 zip product that were delivered to our tennis club were great. Feels like good quality, extrememly comfy and we like the relaxed fit that provides a bit more of a retro feel. Would highly recommend to any sports club or university society!!

Really happy with the fleeces, great quality and nice design. However, delivery was 4 weeks later than scheduled and I got messed around during ordering with the prices.

We brought fleeces for everyone in our uni sports club and they turned out amazingly! The customer service was so helpful, answered every question and helped us design them. We were able to add lots of personalisations to them and the embroidery and final product is such good quality! 100% recommend!
