Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I have ordered an item that arrived completely different than what it was advertised.

I returned it after being told I can get a refund.

I have been waiting for 4 MONTHS. No money back still and a lot of gaslighting on their behalf.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. Their website appeared legitimate. I ordered a dress for a y2k themed party. The item of clothing that arrived was nowhere close to what was displayed on their website. They clearly use false advertising. They’re supposedly headquartered in France and I was surprised when my tracking info showed it was coming from China.

There were no tags on the garment and the quality was sub par. This was clearly made in a sweatshop. This is an unethical business.

I spent $25 on the basic dress and what delivered appeared to be worth about .25 cents. I emailed them to request a return shipping label for a full refund since it was false advertising but they refused.

There was also no name included in the email correspondence. I might as well have been talking to a wall.

I since reported them to the US Federal Trade Commission so they’ll be monitored going forward.
