A good positive shopping experience

Normally order these supplements from Amazon on behalf of my mum but they were out of stock, so found this site instead. Same price as Amazon and speedy delivery- all good.

Don’t recommend this company it’s taken weeks to receive something I ordered lack of communication be careful with this company

My first purchase withYachew, and found them to be
really good. Cheapest price for what I wanted to buy, plus the fact that I didn't have to import, was my deciding reason to buy.

Automatically got notification of purchase, and was then kept informed that the item was being prepared for being sent out and when it was another email letting me know that it was on it's way and tracking number.

For me a good experience and will definitely use them again.

Due to an "Inventory discrepancy," all the products I ordered could not be sent. Notification of this was only sent a few weeks after I placed my order. The only positive was that they "Took the liberty to refund me." Frankly, I'd be worried if they didn't.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Yachew. I placed an order on the 22nd, hoping to receive my item in time for an event. However, it's now been a considerable amount of time with no indication of when the item will arrive. Despite my attempts to reach out, there has been complete silence from their end.

Initially attracted by their lower prices, I took a chance on Yachew, but it's become clear that the savings weren't worth it. I've been left with no choice but to cancel my order, as it seems unlikely that the gift I ordered will ever arrive.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Yachew. The lack of communication and uncertainty regarding delivery times make them an unreliable choice. I certainly won't be considering them for any future purchases.

I ordered the ska outfit from them. It arrived in good time and was decent quality.
I changed my mind about wearing it and asked for a refund.
They were very helpful and I received a full refund.
I would be happy to use them again

Order some Star Wars Armada and it arrived fairly quick. One had a weird tracking number through FedEx that appeared to be delivered to another city in my country. Contact support and they were able to get me the proper link and it turned out in my community mailbox. Good experience overall.

Ordered Vindication (a boardgame) for an absolute bargain price. It took a while to arrive (10-11 days), but it arrived in perfect condition and was well packed.
