Very good experience and really trustworthy agent

It was the first time booking with Dagen. I got the recommendation of some friends. All in all I was suprised how well the customer service was. They helped us from the beginning in selecting the correct yacht, selecting the correct insurance and also how to setup the trip. During the trip they where super responsive, we had some issue on a sunday and even then then called back and helped us resolve the problems.

I can only recommend booking with them as they are really a partner which you can trust during your vacation.

Really responsive

Really responsive and we got what we booked. Dagen was recommended by a friend who joined my first trip, and I will be happy to charter again here.
Also the administrative process was good, incl. insurance recommendations.
