Worked immediately, the quality of sound was excellent, did not consume too much traffic. The prices are good!

I used Skype to make international phone calls for over 15 years... now that it's gone I was looking for an alternative. I researched about a dozen alternatives and tried several until I finally settled on yadaphone. It's straight forward and works great for international phone calls so far. Keep up the great work guys!

Surprised how clear it was, called my useless bank in Australia whose website doesn’t work in Korea.
Much much cheaper than using the minutes in my mobile plan.

This is the best when you are outside your country and being able to reach out families and friends. Very convenient to add money as needed instead of monthly fees.. strongly recommended

Just perfect. In less than 10 mins I signed up, estimated how much the phone call would be, added money, and finally made the call. The quality of the phone call was also excellent.

This is unbelievable. I only got to know about Yadaphone today, and I was instantly impressed with its ease of use. Given that technology isn't one of my strong suits, this means a lot to me. No time wasting in installing or mis-installing a piece of technology I have no idea how to use. The tariff was another magnet for me. I believe it's really affordable. Kudos to all the people behind Yadaphone.

This app does exactly what I needed: to easily and cheaply call landlines from other countries; a perfect replacement for Skype. Signing up and loading some money into the app was a breeze. The sound quality was good.

I found it really easy to make my first call: it's super intuitive as the first thing you see is the dial pad.

I tried a lot of other companies to connect to a specific conference call number in the USA from Europe. Even though I could call other USA numbers fine, for some reason this one never worked. I think my French provider was blocking this number for some reason. Yadaphone is the only service that I can dial directly from my computer (bypass my phone). It works perfectly, I get into the call immediately.

A great solution to call landline after Microsoft decommissioned Skype. No limitation on the countries to make a call. Can buy credits at any $ amount, up to how much we need it. Really convenient!

Tried this out, like many, on the lookout for Skype alternatives. I like the simplicity of its design, the brevity and straightforwardness of the sign-up process, with minimal information required to create and activate an account, and love its being entirely web-based and easily accessible from any device anywhere no software required. Did a couple of calls while abroad and worked as intended. When I did experience minor issues I notified customer support which was quick in getting back to me and take corrective action. So far, so good: this service provides just what I needed, and I am sure it will further improve over time as it gets more established.

Very simple and convenient to use. Adding credits is also straight forward. You can also check the charges for each country to get an estimate of how much it'd cost you to make the calls.

My only issue is that currently mobile-connection rates for Germany are somewhat high.

It would be great if Yadaphone could be downloaded as a stand-alone program for Windows Desktop users at some point !
