Dangerous for your dog

This used to be a good product, recently had issues with the yaker crumbling into sharp pieces and being soft in the middle so I contacted them. Found out they’ve been taken over by Assisi pet care a few months ago, they’re very good at empty promises.
First they assured me that it was unusual and promised to send me a replacement. Whilst I was waiting for the replacement, I purchased another one in a different flavour. This was also faulty. The replacement never arrived. I told them about the second faulty one and I was ignored for nearly a week and when they did finally contact me back they wanted me to send them the yaker that had already been binned, no mention of the replacement.
I have now told them I don’t want a replacement as I believe them to be dangerous and that I want to make a complaint to a manager, so far I still haven’t had any response.
Not sure if they’ve changed the manufacturing process or what’s happened but they’re dangerous. If you care about your dogs safety, please don’t buy them.
