I am on a plane on my way home from Magical Israel Tour,
I was shocked to learn that Y’Alla Tours gave my tour to a Consolidated Tour Company without telling me.
The van that I was picked up in was old and the driver was my guide.
I should have had a nice comfortable van with a driver and guide. We were unable to go to Carmel Market because driver/guide could not find a parking spot. That should never have been for the amount of money we paid.
Our driver from Eilat to the airport had my husband sitting in front with someone else’s luggage on
his lap.
Tzefat our driver/guide would not let us spend extra time because it was Shabbos,
The kibbutz supposedly was to have activities. They had nothing it was boring,
The sightseeing was great.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. THEY cancelled our trip, after postponing it for 2 years due to Covid. They won't issue a refund at all. A co-traveler gave them not only the deposit but an additional amount - $5500! - over and above the deposit - they won't give that back either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their customer service was horrible. I booked a second trip with them because my first experience was great. However, Teri's response to our trip cancellation due to the pandemic has been unprofessional and atrocious. They are refusing to refund our money despite the fact that we can not enter the countries planned on our trip. I will never use them again.

Teri is the best and very knowledgeable. She knows so much about all Ya'lla's destinations. Very easy to deal with. I will work with her as soon as the Covid 19 pandemic is over.

I enjoy working with Ya'lla Tours USA as I always receive prompt responses and honest opinions about the plans I'm looking into for clients. I have had a partnership with them for several years and look forward to many more.

I really enjoyed working with Lisa on my clients booking to Petra. She always got back to me quickly and came up with a great package to Petra.

Lisa Christiansen did a great job handling my client's postponement! Looking forward to working with her soon to get them rescheduled for 2021!

We have just returned from a fantastic Y'alla trip to Greece, where we visited Olympia and Delphi. We traveled with a group of 9 friends, and could not have been more pleased with our guide, Konstantina Griva. Her depth of knowledge about Greece was truly inspiring. It seemed that no matter what questions we asked - and we asked a lot! - she was able to provide thoughtful and informative answers. Tina is a real gem, lovely to be with, and able to laugh along with our group, (who have been friends for 50+ years). She is so warm, dignified and unflappable. Thank you!!

The tour in Egypt was a dream come through. We had an amazing experience. We were met on time by our egyptologist guides, transfer guides and drivers except on one occasion. I recommend to carry a smartphone to contact Ya'lla office in Egypt in case of emergency (very useful). The itinerary was respected, few optional additions offered (all worthed). Shoppings stops, as expected, but good produces offerings, no pressure to buy.
The tipping guide was helpful. Wished the Egyptians were taking Canadians dollars.
I would skip the farewell lunch at the end.

We had only positive experiences with Ya'lla. They met us at the Cairo airport, helped us through customs and then on to our hotel in Giza. The plane was over an hour early, yet Mr. Maged Ayed was there to meet us! He whisked us through customs and our driver got us to our hotel quickly. On our way back to London Mr. Ayed once again met us at our hotel and took care of the complexities of getting through the airport.

We will go back to Egypt once the Grand Egyptian Museum opens and we will be using Ya'lla once again.

Everything was great especially our guide.

Everything on our tour went perfectly. Our guide, Chana, was wonderful. The only complaint that I have is that they allow you to bring only a minimal amount of clothing for a 13-night stay. The reality is that we had to get laundry done halfway through. Otherwise our trip was most enjoyable.

We recently took a Ya'lla Tour to Egypt, Jordan and Israel. It was 9 days in Egypt, 4 in Jordan and 4 in Israel. It was fabulous. Everything was very well organized. The hotels were great. Maged, our contact in Egypt, was especially wonderful. All the guides were very good. Our only difficulty was caused by EgyptAir delaying some of their domestic flights.

Our 3-day 'stopover' tour was very good. Tour guide was very knowledgable and tour was well run. There were only 10 people in our tour group, which qualified well for the 'small group' tour we wanted.
Our 2nd tour was a 1-day tour of northern Israel. There was a rocky start, as someone dropped the ball on making our arrangements, and no-one showed up to collect us for our tour. A few calls, however, rectified the situation, and within an hour or so, a private tour had been arranged for, and lunch was then included. The guide was not as informative as our first guide, but we did cover all the sights we were to see.

Excellent itinerary to fit our time allotted. Excellent guides....our highest compliments to their knowledge and professionalism.

We had fast excellent travel plans with YA’LLA. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Morocco Adventure:
It was truly an adventure, tour guide very considerate, professional, helpful and friendly.
Most of the hotels were fine. The tent was truly and adventure not to be miss. Marrakesh hotel shower did not work had to used a cup to shower, even after we told them it was not fixed.
Transportation: clean, seating configuration was not to everyone liking, but it was changed and everyone was happier with it.
Overall it's a trip that I will definitely organize for my clients.

Ya"lla Tours USA, Inc. does a great job in planning well thought out itineraries for their clients. Before you even leave on your trip you receive an information kit with packing tips, history of the area you will be visiting, hotel information and a day by day itinerary. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that our tour group was just the two of us, along with our guides and drivers (who changed at different destinations) for the whole trip. Maged Ayad meet us at the airport and took care of everything - bags, visas, etc. along with our transfers to and from the hotel. All of the accommodations were very nice. Because we were traveling in January it did get a little cold in the hotels at night. We asked for extra blankets and they brought them. They don't have heat in their hotels so keep that in mind if traveling during the winter months. The guides in Cairo and Luxor (Rhonda and George) were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. We started our days early to avoid larger crowds at the pyramids and temples which made it great for picture taking. The Nile Cruise was an awesome experience, sailing from Luxor to Aswan, seeing the country side along the way. We were a little nervous at the beginning of our cruise because we were the only two Americans on an all Egyptian ship. The ship accommodations were very nice. The crew, staff and Egyptian travelers couldn't have been nicer, putting us at ease and welcoming us. George, our guide surprised us with a birthday cake at dinner (we are twins), and the crew sang "Happy Birthday" to us in both Arabic and English. What a nice and unexpected surprise! The only disappointing experience was our tour guide at Abu Simbel. We had a difficult time finding him and once we did he sent us into the temples on our own and talked about them once we came out. He should have gone into the temples with us and shared his expertise along the way. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience that we can now mark off of our bucket list. What an amazing place! The Egyptian people are so kind and the culture was great to experience. We have pictures and memories that will last a lifetime.
