Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with this shop. I had already pre-ordered and paid for the Prismatic Booster Bundles on 02/11/2024. The official release date of the product was 07.03.2025. I had no information about my order, when and whether it would be delivered and asked by email on 11.03.2025. I received a quick reply that the items would probably not be delivered in the quantity ordered and that Yamacards was expecting their goods at the end of March. I then wrote an email on 22 March, 4 April and 10 April 2025 asking whether it was possible to estimate how many items I would receive and whether the difference could be refunded. (More than 500€)
To date, I have received no reply, no refund and no goods.
It can happen that a shop does not receive the ordered quantities for its customers that it has sold them, but such poor communication is really pathetic.
If you as a customer have to run after the seller like a supplicant, then for me it's a clear sign to advise against this shop because it's just annoying.
