Wow Y&S are amazing. Went to visit them Amit Suri was so helpful showed us loads of different slabs, we didn’t know much about quartz and Amit explained the different stones to us. From measurements to installing it took 4 days. The people that came round to fit our quartz was really lovely and made sure we was happy before they left. Amit had said that he was going to make me a chopping board but the guys forgot to give me one, so I txt Amit and said we didn’t have one and he rang me straight away to say he’s going to get 2 for me. Amazing.

We ordered large and complex worktops from y&s. Looking at the experience overall it was good.

Sales - Abi showed us all samples which we wanted, answered all our questions patiently. We have explained that the kitchen is on the third floor (with no lift) and we were quoted the price based on all our parameters.

Measurements - measurements were taken by Y&S and a couple of days later the worktop was ready for installation.

Installation - two gentlemen arrived late and have initially said that the worktops were too heavy for them to carry them upstairs. Then they have changed their mind and decided to bring them up - while doing so they have scratched the walls in the staircase and dented my new wooden floor. By the time they have brought it in - it was too late, so they returned the next day. Then they said they need to cut it to install it - which I refused to accept, and they found the way around it. They have then returned again to install the up-stand - which they supplied free of change due to inconveniences caused.

I have discussed my experience with Amit and he was very helpful, apologetic and agreed to cover the cost to repair the wall and the floor. Which was a major relief as everything was brand new before the incident and I was very upset.

Worktop itself looks great and steady. Service overall was good. Thank you to Amit for his help!

My second quartz installation done by Y & S. They are the most professional quartz company I have come across. The guy who who came out to do the template gave me some great ideals so I thank him very much. Rafat and Mohamed fitted my worktops and these guys really know what they are doing and did an excellent job. Twice I have dealt with Amit on Sales and he has been extra helpful even when I changed my mind last minute and altered the template slightly. I woukdn't consider going anywhere else. Great prices, great quartz and excellent installation

I can’t praise Y and S Marble enough,
I had my Quartz kitchen worktop’s fitted two years ago by a different company.I have recently fitted a breakfast bar and just wanted one piece of Quartz for this, I went to many Quartz companies and they wasn’t really interested as I only wanted the one piece for which they wouldn’t make much profit.So when I found Y and S Marble and met Amit, who was more than happy to help me which he did.Amit took my measurements and had the exact Quartz I needed cut, polished and delivered to my house within a couple of days, at a very reasonable price.
So a big thank you Amit and your colleagues.

Found Y and S just by a google search. The website is not the best but they had such a great range of choices we decided to try them. Amit was really helpful and quick to respond to my emails . I also phoned and they were polite and helpful thank you to Abi for talking me through my enquiries. Measuring and Fitting was really quick too. Would definitely recommend.
