PHISHING SCAM WEBSITE - This has NOTHING to do at all with Yankee Candle, do not enter your profile details, login detail or financial information - this is a scam site that uses the official logos and information, however this is to phish for your information and money.

You will NOT receive ANY items.

If the candles are too good to be true pricewise, then this should be a red flag.

I have reported these sites to Google, (for its search results) Official Yankee Customer Service and the National Cyber Security Service (NCSC) already.

Only shop on the Official Yankee Site, such as yankeecandle.com, or if in the UK, yankeecandle.co.uk

I ordered a candle on the 26th November. It is now the 12th December. I have yet to receive the candle. The order went through, I screenshot the order number but I never received an email to confirm the order. There's no way to contact the company other than a form to fill in on the website which comes up with an error every time I try. I'm beginning to think this is a dodgy Yankee candle website. There's also no security lock symbol on the checkout billing page! Be very careful, I think I've been scammed. UPDATE - As I suspected would happen, someone has tried to fraudulently use my bank details to make purchases! Thankfully my bank was on top of it. I know 1000% it is connected to this dodgy website!
