Account approved but unusable – no support response
I applied for a business account with Yapeal and completed the full onboarding process. I uploaded all requested documents, went through verification, and my account was officially approved.
After approval, I transferred funds to the account. However, immediately after that, I lost access to my account and can no longer use the personal dashboard at all.
I contacted support multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, they simply mark all my requests as “closed” without providing any explanation or solution. There is no real response, no clarification, and no assistance.
At this point, my money is already with them, but I cannot access or use the account. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I strongly recommend improving customer support and ensuring that approved accounts remain functional after funding. This experience has been very disappointing.
