Ordering was easy, shipping fast. Only issue I had was that when my plum tree was delivered, despite being packaged well, had a metal rod sticking out of side of package and the tree was broke in half completely. I showed some love and the tree that I salvaged now has healthy new growth.

My poor tree was delivered upside down and smushed by its own pot. There was a lot of breakage and I had to trim many limbs that not longer had leaves, the rest are bent. I’m hoping the little thing can survive with what’s left.

The only issues, I see where some branches had been cut, likely for transport. (I hope not during). I would have preferred they tied the branches about, than lose it's size that way. And as another said, we have some white powder mildew to contend with.

Arrived a beautiful plant. Recipient had no idea who it was from for a week. You need to include a spot for us to send condolences and from who. Otherwise, she is Happy with it.

Arrived quickly

Ordering was very easy and the price was competitive. It was delivered in a timely manner and packaged with care. I was pleasantly surprised by how healthy my tree looked. It was full of fragrant blooms and already had 2 lemons starting to grow. I just wish that it included tips on how to best care for it.
* Edit- Customer service is also amazing! They read my review and emailed me all the information I need to care for my tree. Now I may just need to get another one.

The tree came in completely broken and when asked for refund they are telling me 5 to 7 business days for their team to get back to me. I honestly ordered from many different companies and never had such a horrible experience

The lemon arrived bushy and green with fruits and blossoms. Delivery was went smoothly.
The tree was packaged with care, which was evident.

I never received a confirmation email for my purchase but received and email to review my purchase within days of buying. My tree wasn't expected to arrive for a couple weeks so this review email was premature. The tree did arrive on time and looks good although the exterior box was crushed. There are no care instructions included with the tree.

The tree was dead when it arrived. It was completely withered and several branches had been broken off. The shipping container was big enough, but it looked as if the tree had been shaken or bounced around enough that the tops of the branches broke. I have ordered several trees online and I know how to plant them. I heeled this one in for several days and nurtured it every way I know how, but it never revived. It was shipped a long way, and came with no planting instructions.

The tree was full and beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. Fuller than most trees from other nurseries. In the event that I need another tree, I will consider Yarden. I wish I could upload a photo.

Product arrived in great condition! It was for my husband for our 4th wedding anniversary the flower/fruit one!

It was quick and simple to order. Receirved my Meyer lemon tree quickly and in great shape. The tree is thryving. Can't wait until I taste the lemons. FYI-Yarden does stay in contact. Just might have to check if they are in your junk emails.
