Over a week since order and nothing has arrived. I guess it may well be the PO fault.

Thank you for your review. We spoke on the telephone earlier today. It was explained to you that your order was placed over the Kings Coronation weekend. We dispatched the order on Monday 8th May (a Bank Holiday). Royal Mail would therefore not have collected it from the Post Office until Tuesday 9th May. I also explained Royal Mails policy regarding reporting missing items. Furthermore, I confirmed we had 1 more of the item you ordered left in stock, and i had reserved this for you should the original order not arrive by the specified time period stated by Royal Mail. I offered to call you back on Friday 19th to ensure your order had been delivered.
In view of the above, we feel we have given good customer service. Leaving us a 1 star review due to the failings of a third party (Royal Mail) is somewhat unfair. Given the help we have offered in the telephone call with you today, maybe the 1 star review would have been better placed with Royal Mail.

Exactly what I wanted, l was able to order extra yarn with confidence as the dye lot matched what I was using. Order delivered promptly. I will happily order from Yarns Online again.
