Absolutely awful

I have ordered a product in the past from Yarro. The product arrived very late.

I thought that is was a fluke. So I tried to order again. My most recent order is currently more than 10 months late. I have no updates or tracking information.

Their customer service is a joke. It is just a chat bot named Ernesto and recycles the same responses over and over in a loop.

Yarro Studios - Overpromising and underdelivering since the dawn of time

With as much experience as Yarro has with crowdfunding at this point, I can only conclude that they are doing business exactly how they want to. If Tanner Yarro had ANY integrity or shame, he would improve. But, looking back on multiple Yarro Kickstarter projects, if anything he's gotten worse. Overpromise (to get more pre-production funds, no doubt) and underdeliver (to save as much money as possible, no doubt)... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Yarro consistently engages in suppression/scrubbing of ANY negative feedback by removing/reporting even warranted criticism. Yarro uses AI-generated responses to comments, which really just means that there isn't even a human reading backer comments. So no comments ever get any real consideration and Yarro's behavior never improves. At this point it's impossible to see Tanner Yarro as anything but a conceited, narcissistic jerk.

Don’t use these folks!!!!

I would argue that this company is one of the worst communicating companies I’ve ever dealt with. Consistent pedaling of misinformation. Their customer service is a round robin of if you need help go to another page, where then they refer you in a circle back to the beginning with the same no answer as before. I STRONGLY urge anyone to avoid these people. When it involves a Kickstarter there are always delays and very rarely are thing on time. There is always a chance things don’t get get delivered. But at this point the initial projected delivery was April 2024 and. 18 months overdue and I’m one of the lucky ones who’ve received half my order. If I could rate 0 stars I would. When and if I get the remainder of my product I will consider changing this review.

Yarro Studios is hands-down one of the…

Yarro Studios is hands-down one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had, and it rode the line of feeling outright scam-like for months.
Let’s start simple: I was told I’d get a tracking number. Never happened.
I was told my order was upgraded. Cool story—still never got an email saying it shipped.
They even put out a newsletter claiming everything had arrived and orders were going out. Spoiler: mine didn’t.
I needed this before December 24th. There was absolutely zero chance of that happening, despite repeated assurances. Their explanation? Their “logistics company” sends orders out by region at specific times. As someone who actually works in logistics, that is a comically bad way to operate. It sounds less like a logistics strategy and more like one kid on a bicycle towing a wagon with one or two tables at a time—“doing the best he can.”
Customer service? Mostly useless. Months of generic, canned responses that felt like they were written by an AI trained exclusively on apologies and delays. When I finally said this was starting to feel like a scam, they responded by showing a handful of photos from people who did receive tables. Which honestly just made me angrier—apparently the bike courier found them.
To be fair (and this is the only reason this isn’t a full zero):

The idea itself is solid

And after months of nonsense, they did eventually refund me

Because of that refund, this crawls its way up from a 0.5 to a 1 star.
If you enjoy great marketing, pretty pictures, endless delays, vague excuses, and hoping you’ll eventually get your money back—Yarro Studios might be for you. If you actually want the product you paid for, on anything resembling a timeline, look elsewhere.

Still waiting on mine, getting nothing but a run around. Customer service is a disaster! From multiple communications in the beginning just to even get my add on order right. To constantly telling me they're unable to give me a shipping date because they " ship in bulk" this was literally a month after they were telling me my order was getting ready to ship.

These guys are in over their heads

These guys are in over their heads, with delays of over 6 months past their promised ship date, no ability to track location of orders other than “delivered” and “not yet delivered,” and they keep putting up new material (selling more gaming tables, promoting new designs) when their original kickstarter orders haven’t yet been fulfilled. Do not order if you want your gaming table within the next year.

Dont buy anything from these scammers

I ordered a diceomatic on 21-07-2024 with promise it would be delivered by August that year. Then, suddenly they kept sending updates, saying they needed to improve it. Its only in the last couple of months they have started shipping, yet still no word of my order. Any reputable company would have sent remaining units by expressed post to compensate for atrocious delay.

Dont buy from these scammers.

Regarding the diceomatic kickstarter.
I backed this KS. It had a lot of delays without any credible explanation. I asked questions on the comment section and to their support email. Without any notice, they messaged me my pledge was refunded. Glad I got my money back since I was almost sure to never receive the product and loose my money.
The consequence is I cannot comment on the KS and that was probably their idea. There were more people frequently posting and are suddenly quiet. Now I know why.
I would never ever buy something from him, can’t be trusted.

Backed 2 of their Kickstarters. Got Neither.

I am reviewing them based on their Kickstarters not the store itself, as I would never use their store after the mess that is their Kickstarters and seeing other peoples experiences with their Store. This is ongoing at the moment, so might get updated in future.

Backed their Diceomatic Kickstarter ( February 2024) alongside FlipDie Legends (September 2024).

They have delayed to over a year past their timeline Diceomatic wise per the campaign page, while FlipDie Legends is now at 2 months past its "worst case" timeline as per their Kickstarter.

Can't rate the quality of the products personally as have not received any of it thus far, can only say some are happy, others are disappointed with their quality.

Not received any support yet to various enquiries other than to "be patient" and "soon". They moved a good chunk of the updates to their own website as well which has made keeping track of what is going on.

Ordered back in april

Ordered back in april. Still nothing. They refuse to give a refund telling me to wait just another 2 weeks, That happened twice. I gave them a month each time. no progress just a run around and begging me to wait further. THis company is trash and a scam avoid at all costs. contacted them today, supposedly my table was being sent out a month ago when they just said 2 weeks. It has been a month today and I contacted them and guess what? the same answer i got a month ago.

Gamefold Table Kickstarter Scam

Unfortunately I backed their Gamefold Table project on Kickstarter. Terrible mistake on my part. Should have known better. It (and many of their other crowd funding projects) are scams to fleece people. I've still yet to receive the table (and accessories) I ordered, despite their many assurances (in both private and public correspondence on Kickstarter, and their own website) that they are on the way, with the expected shipping dates that have been given being repeatedly moved once they have expired. They refuse to give a refund and their communication and customer service is awful, perfunctory, and insincere. Worse yet, there is seemingly nothing any of can do about it to get our money back. Especially those of us based in countries outside of the US, as the funds were taken now too long ago of our banks to act upon, and any civil suit is pointless against them, as the consumer rights of the states do not align with or support those of international customers. Do not be fooled. Avoid them at all costs. They are con-men, grifters, liars, and thieves.

YARRO STUDIOS SUCKS

Ordered their gamefold table back in July and they said shipping for that specific pre-order window would start shipping in August of this very year. Now they're trying to act as though they were actually trying to fulfill the various Kickstarter orders they still haven't sent. Never order from these people, I asked for a refund, and they said that they already allocated the money to shipping and manufacturing. They delete any negative comments on social media and hardly ever give any useful information when asking for support.

Waiting & Waiting

Waiting years for a product to ship. Support takes weeks to respond, if they do at all. Have no idea if I am even going to still get my Gamefold table, and they refuse a refund. Do not do business with this company.

Be cautious and stay away

Don't. Seriously, do not. They may not intend to scam people (I hope) but if you'll get your order at all, it'll take you months longer than anywhere on the site mentioned. I've waited from april to october to settle things or get a refund, (Apparently, what I ordered was never even shipped) and after the seller prove unreliable, I'm involving paypal in hopes of getting my money back.

They have not shipped our table. We ordered in July and was told they would ship in August. They send “updates” but never a tracking number. Pretty sure I got scammed. Do not purchase. They also refuse to refund.

Paid 120$ in March 2024 for some flip…

Paid 120$ in March 2024 for some flip dice, still haven‘t received anything yet. When wanting my money back one year ago they refused as the dice were allegedly custim made for me 😂 now in October 25 they won‘t even answer my polite emails. It‘s hard to believe Yarro Studios isn‘t a scam. Save your money. Don‘t buy anything there!
