Excellent service from Connor

Following on from a problem with my Grandstream Phone, Connor was super helpful. My first call to yay was to say when I put someone on hold. I can’t get them back. Connor helped me update the firmware 3 times. Very patiently. And we got a fix. Yay.com is very good. My whole team find them a pleasure to deal with. Things don’t go wrong often. But when they do. They fix it.

Highly Recommended

I'm sorry to hear you've had a poor experience with us. We've tried to reach out to you multiple times to discuss this, and would very much appreciate you returning our call so we can explore a resolution with you.

We do state in our terms (that you agree to upon signup) that in some cases we'll request further identification from you to verify your account, as sadly in our industry there is a huge amount of fraud which we have to fight every day.

As such, if the details given match a certain pattern of activity we do often ask for more info just to prove you're a human! This is a process lots of platforms and services now use in today's world, and one we've found has had a huge impact on the security of our platform - believe it or not, it's largely seen as a positive experience for our customers - showing we go the extra mile to make sure your account is secure.

You may wonder why we ask for this kind of data on a free trial - yes you get free calling on this plan, but payment information can also be added during this period too, for international calls, or upgrading early.

We have a UK-based support team here that is free 7-10, Mon-Fri to discuss your account, and would still love to have you and prove we're serious about handling your data and giving you an excellent experience. Please do give us a ring on 0330 122 6000 and we can discuss further.

Yay setup

Setup Yay a/c to old landline number today with help from customer service. While I couldn't work out from the website how to do this my customer service call was efficient in helping me get connected. Very pleased with this service and look forward to using extra features of VoIP in future.

The best support you will find.

Been with these guys for years. Don't need support very often, but then you do, they are fantastic and go the extra mile to help you out. Junked is a superstar and walked me through everything I needed to do when we lost our online phonebook. In fact, he improved how our whole setup was configured so that it would be easier to onboard new users.
