Yay go the extra mile.

The team at Yay are always responsive and efficient. They look after me as both a customer and one of their partners. What I like most is their accessibility, they answer their phones til late into the evening but also have plenty of self help in the knowledgebase. Their products are competitively priced, reliable and innovative. Their senior tech support engineer Dom often comes to my rescue when I am struggling with a knotty issue.

Recommended by my IT consultant

Recommended by my IT consultant when our complex home IT was badly let down by BT. Their VoIP service seems excellent, although currently not working, since BT - no doubt out of spite - disconnected our broadband and TV service on Sunday when they had assured me by phone and letter that they wouldn’t. Junaid and his tech colleague Rowan have been brilliant, setting up a VoIP connection in 20 minutes over the phone, when BT tried for weeks, sent an engineer and still failed. Small, agile businesses beat the behemoths every time.

Yealink Handset Configuration from previous supplier.

My Yealink VOIP phones were fighting back and base station wouldn't configure. Spoke to Charlie very helpful. Had to get previous supplier to factory reset the base station as they had used their own PIN.

Charlie picked up my second call and really did battle with the configuration and helped me every step of the way. Finally we have both handsets configured to the two phone numbers.

Couldn't be more helpful and they answered the phone quickly without loads of menus to go through before speaking to someone.
