Great place to spin and Win BIG and fast payouts
I had previously rated Yay casino 5 stars and then when I got my prepaid card from payouts.com for my redemption I tried to use it 2 times online and the transactions were declined I then called customer support for payouts and they said my card had been compromised and that I would have to wait an additional 5-7 business to receive a check in the mail. That is beyond ridiculous when they could have just issued me another card or deposited the funds into my KYC verified bank account. I am just in disbelief. This is ridiculous. I will update once I get the check. That is a very long time to wait on a redemption.

I've been playing on Yay for quite a while and have always loved it ...and redemptions have been approved same day for every cash out....until now!!
I'm on day 4 or 5 and keep getting this generic response from support stating it's due to new players .....and that makes no sense.
I do love Yay and it's one of my most favorite sites but even in the Facebook sweeps group ...people are saying they're not getting redemptions for quite a while....I will come change to a 5 star if I get my money but never waiting this long and support is giving basic genetic responses.
I really hope they're not turning into Lonestar, Rolling Riches that take months to pay out.
Bc I really do like the site .. just very disappointed in this waiting game when they've always been prompt. When you go backwards in how you treat customers ... It's never a good thing.

Point blank: Immoral Corp., Abusive To Consumers & Frauds
Point blank: Keep all records of all interactions, this company is horrible. They will attempt to steal your prize money at every chance.
They gave me the run-around about redemptions for months, even after being verified & their backend system failing to process payments correctly (I have used DOZENS of other casinos like this with ZERO problems).
Since March 12th, this company has actively stonewalled me. I have spent more time & effort on this than many other things in my life, becoming a moderate expert in navigating consumer protection and federal guidelines that offer protection against predatory companies like this.
I tried for months to get my redemption, even after being verified, and they would give a faux apology & just repeat the same script. I even helped them troubleshoot their backend to figure out what was wrong with the code, & they showed no appreciation for anything, continually asking for more & more & more tasks to be completed in order to get things completed.
The CEO, Mickey Blayvas was finally notified & I also filed FTC, AG, & BBB reports with all of my records, documents, screenshots, and verifications. This has been a long, daunting fight to get my payout. I can only imagine how many times this company rips people off.
July 1st is the end of these sweeps casinos in Indiana, so this immoral company broadcast a scripted email saying that redemptions had to be done before June 26th.
Today is June 24th; I have MULTIPLE confirmed emails from them directly, not just the automated system, but human reps (Misty, Kristin) that verify I could redeem, however they just kept blocking it over and over again.
Save your time, or prepare for war with them. They will fight to the bitter end, even when they're in the wrong.
