Terrible experience with customer service (with someone named Bruce). I asked if they have or have not solution for my campaign idea. After hours of "conversation" I gave up. I only got short vague replies that redirected me to their home page tutorials (which, like I said, I already had read thorugh). No specific feedback on what I actually asked. It seemed, that the person I was chatting with did not understand me, but was not honest with that. Also, it seemed that they did not have solution for my problem (I finally found the answer myself), but he did not tell me honestly.
I wasted three hours of waiting for the customer service to give me those short and vague replies.
If you don't have solution or you have a language barrier, please be honest! Therefore, you are not wasting customer's time.
To clarify: I am a paying customer of the plugin and wanted to create a campaign where all products are discounted at the same time and in addition, a certain (discounted) shopping cart amount gets you a free product. Unfortunately, in YayPricing it is not possible to link these two rules and so the amount needed for a free product is calculated from the full prices, not from the currently active discount prices, as would be logical for the customer.

Edit (the next day): they have promised me, that they are working on implementing my desired function in the next version and it might be released in early next month. I hope the best!

YayMail-Email Customizer is a great plugin! I purchased the addon so that I could make customizations to the WooCommerce email subscription fields. My product is set up for only two months of recurring payments, and I needed to make it clear that the term was for only two months. The free version is a powerful editor with many customization options, and if you need to edit the subscription fields the addon is perfect for that. Also, they have a great customer service team that responds quickly if you have any issues or questions!
