We booked YBC to clean 128 rooms plus 18 large kitchens for a student accommodation based in our local town, and we also wanted to use a local organisation.
You can imagine the condition of some of the rooms and kitchens, pretty grubby and generally dirty.
On the 1st day there was a minor hiccup which was soon put right.
Over the course of 2 days they have blizted 9 kitchens, and deep cleaned approximately 73 vacant rooms.
The quality of their work is unquestinable, they are extremely thorough and professional.
The team sent to us were friendly, bubbly and just a nice team who worked extremely hard in this hot weather.
Today I spent time checking the cleaned rooms and kitchens and can find nothing negative to say about them.
They will be back early September to do another clean of the remaining rooms and kitchens.
I would definitely recommend their services.

After initial start up issues getting the right person to meet our cleaning needs we are there. We have a brilliant cleaner reliable and conscientious. Few communication issues with the accounts side but again eventually resolved. We are a few years into the contract and YBC continue to meet our needs we are very pleased.
