We have had an association with Marcus now for coming up to 30 Years both at YBS and before. He has helped grow and manage our Company's IT infrastructure covering 4 UK Offices and 100 users. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Marcus and the team. They are always on hand to help, even at weekends or out of hours, nothing is too much trouble. Likely the best IT support company out there!
We've been with YBS from when we started trading and don't expect we'll ever leave as Marcus does such an amazing job for us!
IT can be very stressful when things stop working, but having YBS supporting us means we don't to worry about that, like for example, when our server recently stopped working over the weekend, Marcus was on the case before we even realised we had a problem.
