Really hard to find male clothes in Australia if you're on the smaller side. Even XS is rare in other chains, and when it exists it's way too big for me. (I'm 170cm & 75kg) YD goes down to 3XS.

It's not the most durable or the fanciest clothing, but it looks good, fits well and doesn't break the bank. Wear their black v-neck t-shirts nearly every day.

In Penrith westfields yd a man named Evan was very helpful. He helped us with suits for my mums and step dad’s wedding. He even came into work just for us.

Shoes have been worn 8 or so times and already lifting from the sole. They did not care at all and the staff at DFO Perth were terrible in handling the issue.
Will never buy from here again. You do not expect shoes to be worn that amount of times and come apart.

I went to DFO Moorbbin Melbourne yesterday bought 2 blazers and 3 shirts it was packed in a paper bag no hanges for the blazers and covers l think the way girls treat seniors is very unprofessional when we got home our kids were asking us to go and Return everything but l stay in Cranbourne and its far for me to visit the shop

Gigi at YD Melbourne Central is by far the best customer service person I've ever seen in the industry and I work in the fashion industry. She's so helpful and incredibly kind and patient.

Disgusting product quality. My shoes did not last for 6 months. Wouldnt recommend at all.

I don't often shop and i started to become fusterated at the customer service in the fashion stores until I walked into YD, and was warmly greeted by Jess:)

thanks to Jess' fashion expertise , At my event, I felt confident and polished, and the compliments kept pouring in.
it was my first time shopping at YD and will definitely shop there again for my next event.
I have never left a review before but Jess must be commended on her sensational customer service, Thankyou.

A store must abide by their refund and return policy.
Birkenhead Point store need to be educated on this matter.

Don't buy gift vouchers.
I purchased a gift voucher for a friend in Mackay QLD. The staff were unable to find the voucher in their system. After spending 20min with the staff trying to work it out he rang me.
I had to send him cash to pay for the item he purchased. It took 2 weeks to get them to refund the voucher. Be very careful when purchasing gift vouchers from YD.

Went to YD at Harbourtown in Adelaide this morning. Served by Natasha who was very helping in un derstaning my specific problem and help me select trousers for an up coming overseas trip.. Great service and good quality products.

Sale sign simply said $14.99.

There was also an in store promotion for 50% off second item.

They charged me $29.95 for first item and $5 for the second item. Total cost was $34.95.

When I asked about the sale sign for $14.95 they kept saying only the second item was 50% off.

Even both at the advertised sale price would have been a total of $30 and cheaper than what I paid.

When I tried to explain to the Sales Assistant they could not fathom it as I was getting one product cheaper than the advertised $14.99.

I left exasperated but feeling misunderstood and cheated.

Not a great feeling associated with Y.D now.

I have ordered a jacket last Friday afternoon 5 Aug 2022, 2:56:11 pm, I tried to request a refund / cancel of this order Monday morning at 9am and was told they couldn't do this ? I would have to wait and then cancel / return later ? So I now have to waste time on their refund return policy, I haven't even received an email saying the item has shipped yet. So this is just complete laziness from the online customer service.

Pretty good quality clothing (have bought chinos and tees). Prices are okay.

I got a call from the sales person that my exchange product is ready and the staff working on Sunday have no clue and since it was an exchange has always they won't entertain you pathetic customer service

Have ordered from them countless times. The deliveries have always been correct and on time.

Their stuff is all slim fitting. They have a great size range, and many of their tops and pants have decent stretch. They have a decent casual wear range, but where they excel is dress shirts and formal attire at affordable prices. Especially when they go on sale :)
