Wow my dogs love it
Wow my dogs love it, just transition on to years & Year and OMG they sit waiting for their food now. They demolish it all and lick it clean! There is so much variety to choose from, so they will never get bored!
The customer service is brilliant too, can’t fault them at all. The slightest of things you need or want help with they are there to fix it straight away!!
Thank you so much for making my dogs look forward to there food again!

The best dog food EVER!
Ruby looks forward to her meals and eats every last bite, I’ve never known her to be so keen on dog food before, I definitely would recommend in a heartbeat, she used to be soooo fussy but not any more, she gets problems with her anal glands and even that seem to have calmed down, she’s never been so happy!

I tried this food for my cocker spaniel…
I tried this food for my cocker spaniel who will be 3 in Nov. He liked it at first but by the end of the 2nd week he did not. They sent 6 more packs before I new whether he liked it. So im £60 + out of pocket. Included in the 1st pack was a treat tray free of charge with whole prawns etc- my dog would not look at it and i struggled not to vomit disposing of it. ALSO, You would think the trays are vacuum packed, but they are not, so how does it stay fresh? We are very upset - i was recommended this food by my nieces fiancé who has a very fussy dog. I cannot understand how I could be ripped off in this way ...

On the £60 charge: this reflects the ongoing subscription you chose, which is why further packs were prepared and sent after the first delivery. I'm sorry if this wasn't clear at the point of sign up. We always want the subscription process to be transparent, and it sounds like we've fallen short here, so I'll make sure this is fed back internally.
I'm also sorry to hear your dog went off the food after the second week - that's not a usual reaction, but of course all dogs are different. I'm also really sorry to hear that the free Chef's Collection King Prawn & Giant Squid Paella wasn't a hit either. It's our most popular Chef's Collection so that's really disappointing to hear.
On the packaging question, our trays aren't vacuum packed, but they are tightly sealed to ensure the food is fresh for the stated shelf life without needing vacuum sealing. I appreciate that wasn't obvious from the packaging alone, and I'll pass this on as useful feedback too.
To answer the question "so how does it stay fresh?" - It's all down to our unique cooking process, coupled with the packaging that we have designed to ensure that each tray is fresh when opened (provided it hasn't been damaged).
I'd like to put this right for you - so I have requested your details on Trust Pilot so I can reach out personally. Or if you prefer - please get in touch with our customer support team via years.com . Eiter way we can look at a refund for the unused packs and understand what happened with your subscription sign up. We can also give you a more detailed explanation about how our meals stay fresh too, if that would be helpful.

Puppy loves all his meals
Puppy loves all his meals and empties the bowl every time, customer service is excellent. We had an issue with one of the trays having a hole in it and the food had gone bad but after contacting customer services I was refunded immediately and they helped bring the next delivery forward so that we didn't run out.

Easy, convenient and perfect for my dog. Rolo is super fussy and he has loved every meal. Continued with the food after his trial and he’s been on it for 2 months now. His coat is so much better and definitely has more energy.

Years is pack full of fresh ingredients, every time I prep Bear's (border collie) meal I think to myself he eats better then I do.
Having each food tray broken into section helps manage the right amout of food Bear needs for a full days work.

Sadly my spaniel didn’t like this after…
Sadly my spaniel didn’t like this after initially seeming ok . I weaned him on it gently too mixed with his other and gradually increasing etc. Would not eat all day until he was really hungry. Switched him back to his usual and he was fine . Expensive too ,definitely in date and I tried different flavours . Guess it’s not for all.
I bought it from pets at home . Maybe it was a bad batch . I have 2 trays left so will try again in a few weeks

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Any questions responded to very quickly. My dog loves the food. Very easy to serve. We have put most in the freezer due to the very hot weather but usually its so much easier having in a cupboard. Just been to the vet for annual checkup and vacs. with no problems. Shadow has been on Years for several months now.

Great that my little jackapo Rascal who can be fussy, loves Years. High quality food that you can actually see cuts of meat and vegetables, and not mush. I’ve tried other companies but by far Year are top of their game.
