Throughout our sessions, Liv created a safe and welcoming space to be honest and truly reflect on past events and potential obstacles to my future career. I highly recommend anyone thinking about their next steps or finding themselves ‘stuck’ to book a call. She goes much deeper than just brushing up LinkedIn - Liv gets to root of career obstacles in a way I’ve never heard anyone else do. We vibed right from the start, and I’ve walked away with the feeling that I’ll feel the benefits of the sessions for a long time yet.

Yellow Bench Coaching and Liv Cropper were perfect for the situation I found myself in and the approach was really well aligned. I worked with Liv through the “stop being stuck” programme at a time when I anticipated and then actually had to work through corporate changes at work. The exercises, space and investment teed me up perfectly to enter this new stage with perspective, balance and a clear sense of what was important to me and what wasnt but also tools to help navigate that journey. I am now starting the next stage of my career anchored in the insights uncovered and developed during the programme. I also undertook this face to face which was good but I would say Liv’s virtual engagement was very strong too.

During our sessions, Liv quickly identified the areas requiring elements of therapy and trauma counselling and applied these tools very effectively, using her warm personality and empathy to support me throughout. I consider these elements to be an essential part of the wider career discovery process.

I also had to do a reasonable amount of preparation work before the sessions, followed by a fair bit of processing and reflection after them, all of which have been instrumental in achieving progress during this comparatively short programme.
