We were a group of 6 people who had never been to Africa but knew what we wanted to see and had an idea of where we wanted to go. Yellow Zebra gave us options and helped us narrow down our itinerary until we had the perfect vacation - not easy when working with 6 people. The camps were excellent and fit our budget. The transportation - from bush planes to air port transfers were all arranged and on time. The guides for our safaris were excellelnt, knowledgeable and answered every question we had about animals, birds and plants. Staff at the camps went out of their way to provide us with everything we needed. This was definitely a five star experience and Yellow Zebra put this all together for us. We worked with several different people at Yellow Zebra and every time we had a question, someone from the team got back to us immediately. I highly recommend this group.

Our Africa trip was a great experience through Yellow Zebra. We just return from an amazing 13 days Africa adventure. We had a few days in Uganda, gorilla trekking in Bwindi where everything was organised exceptionally and we were extremely lucky to find the gorilla family in about 30 min. After Uganda we continued to Kenya were again, the accommodation, food, views and game drives were amazing. The staff and guides were brilliant, food better than in a 5 star restaurant and what to say about our game drives except that our guides were doing their outmost to find lions & leopards and the rest of the wildlife.
The booking was also extremely easy, Jecca our agent was great, giving genuine advice and recommendations..sometimes in life you just have a feeling about a person, that you can trust on what she/he says and that is what happened with us and Jecca. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we were still in Kenya, relaxing on the beach when we asked our selfs where should we go next?

Yellow Zebra put together a fantastic trip for our party of six to Victoria Falls and then two safaris in Kenya. They had people to meet us at every stop to help with customs and baggage. Everything went very smooth and easy.
The team kept us informed all through the booking process, helped with vias and other documentation and always were responsive to all our questions, no matter how stupid they were. I would not hesitate to use them again when we are ready to return to Africa for more.

Sam has been amazing. He planned our trip according to our wishes with expertise, and absolute knowledge about how to arrange every detail in order for us to have an effortless journey.

We were a group of eleven including our children and grandchildren ages 13-21 years on this adventure of exploring Tanzania and all it has to offer. The accommodations were all very special in different ways; the food prepared for us was delicious and there were special dishes for our vegetarians; the staffs were warm and ready to take care of our every need even baking a cake and dancing and singing for our grandson's 21st birthday; the guides were excellent drivers and so knowledgeable about the natural history and animals and their own culture and history; and we were able to see not only the "Big Five" and the migration across the Mara River and so much more. The trip was so well organized and we were always met on time and taken to our next destination. For us this was a trip of a life time and more memorable than we could have ever imagined!

We want to end with a shout out to Matt Gammon who planned such a spectacular trip for us. He planned where we would go to see different habitats with all the amazing animals we wanted to see; he chose our excellent accommodations and guides; he planned our village visit; he planned our transportation and he stayed within our budget. The support staff and Wilderness transition team were also excellent!

We had excellent customer service from the first enquiry until the last day of our safari holiday. I’d had several safari holidays previously, with highly recommended and award winning companies, but Yellow Zebra exceeded them all. Apart from the helpful phone calls and thorough and interesting emails and pre departure documents, they provided a team within Kenya who were available 24/7 and updated us with our current itinerary. A particularly helpful service was being met airside in Nairobi, being taken to the shortest border queue and then having our driver called and identified from the many who were milling around outside the airport. We were consistently impressed with the quality of communication from everyone.

We stayed at two safari lodges; Lewa Elewana and Offbeat Ndoto. The staff and accommodation were excellent. Lewa had recently been renovated and the Lodge was stunning. Our meals were always delicious. Vegetarians were well catered for. Both guides were superb and our wildlife viewings totally immersive and life enhancing.
We loved every minute. A personal guide is automatic at Offbeat. Our recommendation is to request one wherever you are. Then you can view at your own pace.
