We have just had two Crittall windows made and fitted in our house in the South of France, by Yes Glazing. From the first contact they were very professional and gave accurate timelines The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the fitting process was extremely efficient

Nice product but extremely poor service. If you are looking for a proactive provider of glazing do not come here
Yes Glazing waited 19 days to chase up on product sign off which created knock on delays to my project.
They will say it is my fault for not replying in time, and have all kinds of excuses for why they did not chase me in those 19 days, but the fact a better level of service could have been delivered to someone buying a much cheaper product.
Buyer beware!!

Highly recommend
I chose YES Glazing to replace kitchen and bedroom bi-folds. From start to finish, they provided a really professional high quality service. I was kept fully informed of all stages of my order. The installation took place over 2 days with a team of 3. They were really professional, covered all areas, removed coverings at the end of each day and cleaned after themselves. The quality of the sliding doors are superb, the narrow central glazing bars mean that the view out is virtually unrestricted and the finish and making good was excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The team at YES Glazing were extremely helpful. First spotted them from a comment/ post on Houzz and as there were local I looked them up. They gave us a number of quotes over a 12-15 month period and were happy to spend an hour or so with us on each of our 3 impromptu visits to their showroom. The showroom was particularly helpful in assisting us make our final decision. It was great to be able to see the quality and the detail of their range.
The surveyor and fitting team were all helpful and tidy on site and the admin kept us informed all along the way. Thanks to James and the team at Yes - we are extremely pleased with our new doors.

YES is a great example of a fabulous company to deal with
In a sea of literally thousands of sliding doors and window companies online, I am so glad my architect recommended YES. From the start all their staff were friendly, patient and accommodating to my requests. The sliding door and windows arrived promptly and were fitted by a great team of four working all day, very neatly and were so personable. There were two minor issues which YES are resolving straightaway & it's for this reason (& the quality of their products) that I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We’ve been working with Yes Windows for…
We’ve been working with Yes Windows for a number of years; not only for windows but our stair case too. The quality of product and installation is very good. For the most recent project they helped replace damaged windows and frames caused by a break in. As you can imagine this was quite a stressful time but Hayley helped us identify the work that needed to be done and cost in a very timely manner as we were keen to get back to normal as quickly as possible. The team that attended onsite were friendly, tidy and got the job done promptly.
The reason for four stars and not five is that in the past the delivery of service has been delayed but this didn’t happen on this occasion.

The YES glazing technicians did a great job fixing the locking mechanism on our bi-fold sun-flex doors. They replaced both locks but only charged us for one, as they felt that the second lock could be resurrected back in the workshop and used again.

Yes Glazing fitted our new back door…
Yes Glazing fitted our new back door which had to exactly match the existing one. They removed the old door including the frame and lintel and fitted the new hardwood double glazed door and frame. Everything done professionally, on time and with minimum fuss. No problems.
