Several good points: in home service from testing to fitting. Price is very good.
Not so good is the communication. It is good when I hear from someone. There have been a time or two I was told someone would contact me and never heard from them.
I am not so sure about when I need help if I will receive it. It has only been a few months and the hearing aids are performing well.

Leyla was my representative and she is the best! I would buy again from Yes Hearing just because of her.

Great hearing aids and the person who came to the house and gave me lessons was super helpful. The whole experience was great.

In home fitting and hearing test was very convenient and the audiologist was very professional and very knowledgeable. This is my third set of hearing aids and so far these have been the best. Communication among your staff could be better as this was evident in some of the emails that I received.

Excellent customer service

Price was nearly 50% of what the brick and mortar store wanted for the same device. Service was convenient as they came to my home for the testing and then for the fitting. So far, the hearing aids work well and have features that my previous hearing aids did not.

Customer service! I had a rocky start to the whole experience of purchasing my hearing aids on line but, after talking to the right people it was resolved. I was fortunate to have the clinic i needed to go to close by and the audiologists were excellent to work with. I also saved a significant amount of money by working with Yes Hearing instead of going back to my last provider!

Not only was the purchase of the hearing aides, the quick delivery, the online appointments great. Also their customer service has been exceptional.

My initial fitting with a home visit (son’s home upstate New York) was less than stellar, and when I started having issues, Leyla and care team have been super helpful. I bought in upstate New York while visiting my son. I live in a relatively remote part of Alaska. Remote help was not satisfactory, so when I lost a charger at airport, replacement came quickly. Then fit issues came up: one side would not stay on my ear and eventually lost due to improper length of receiver wires and too small domes. The APP map had not been changed to my hometown. Got new aid Leyla and team got me what I needed in terms of proper fitting receiver wires and domes. Then I did have to find someone in state to help me and she and Team got the App software to an audiologist in a town two hours away to get them paired and new preferences set and local map.
Now the replacement charger has quit, so just waiting for replacement and I should be good to go after another two hour drive.
Leyla and team have been with me throughout this odd set of occurrences and circumstances since March without ever a negative attitude, so five stars and thank you!

I have had my hearing aids for a couple of years now. While traveling, I lost my charger which is essential to operate my hearing aids. I contacted Latham Hickey with Yes Hearing, and he was extremely helpful. He ordered the charger I needed for my Starkey aids and had it sent to my address.

As soon as I was interested in learning about Tru hearing program I was instantly reached out too. Then consultant helped out every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The in house testing was very accommodating. I had my first consultation at my place if work and then finished it out at my home. Very convenient. I would recommend to a friend or family

The person who setup the hearing aids for me was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hearing aids last all day and I am hearing as I haven't in years.

I am very pleased with the hearing aids that was decided on ,especially with regard to tinitus issues ( that are constant) being able to have improved hearing and deal with the ringing in my ears is what made me pursue a company that could provide some solution, While hearing and the tintitus are not perfect, the improvement was worth a try. Overall service has been excellent , from the agent who helped in the begining to the audiologist, who provide the hearing test and the set up and use of the aids, i would recommend them to anyone who needs aids.
