I purchased a GM1 plus bike which was delivered within days of ordering (uk), I initially had a couple of issues with the bike but the customer service was brilliant. They helped all throughout and typically replied within 1 day. I love the bike and would recommend to everyone.

We brought the yesoul exercise bike to help improve our overall fitness. Its great value for money compared to other other bikes on over by bigger companies. The screen is fantastic and the sound quality is good. The seat is a little uncomfortable for us, as we are both larger people and nee to riding but its not too much of an issue.

I purchased the G1M Plus Bike. I am very satisfied with it. The world view mode provides an excellent distraction. I had to contact customer service because a control board went bad. After a few days of waiting they got in contact with me and stayed in contact until the part arrived. They constantly check in to make sure everything is going well. Glad I didn’t go with the more expensive competitor.

Yesoul was extremely responsive. My husband ordered the wrong bike a d before it shipped we asked to switch it out for the right one. They did that and it came within 2 days! They also held true to their issuance of a refund since the bike i wanted was cheaper. The bike itself is amazing and was super easy to assemble. I recommend this product to anyone. Its nice to see a company value customers.

I have been spinning for years and have used many bikes and own a few. This bike is just great.
Firstly, it looks amazing - I got the white and grey.
Secondly, really easy to set up (much better than cheaper bikes)
Thirdly - its so quiet!
Finally - the acutal bike is brilliant. Great resistance, comfortable seat and handle bars and a great riding experience.

Tried the G1M Plus bike. Overall it's an extremely amazing quality bike. Just have a tad amount of shaking in main handle but overall it's an amazing bike and I absolutely loved it!!

My bike was easy to put together and the ride was smooth. Still working on setting up the membership as the class options are seemingly endless. I love that I get floor exercise workouts and the challenges are fun and motivating.

I love my exercise bike. The bike is built to a very high standard and easy to put together. The delivery was fast from purchasing the bike. The screen is very good and saves a lot of money compared to another exercise bike with almost the same functions. I also love the sound quality of the speakers. I would 100% Recommend this to anyone.

The communication and the service is 5 star. The product quality is outstanding. And the price is really good.

Yesoul is a wonderful fitness platform! I have used their program for the past year and really loved the music, programs and fitness instructors. I highly recommend this platform!

I bought the Yesoul GM1 Plus , I just got it and the machine looks really great , the only thing is my model is different from the instruction video on YouTube so I was a little bit confused about the assembly process, but other than that I’m satisfied

Company delivered exactly whay was advertised. Even when 1 piece of equipment was out of stock, they stayed in contact via email on updates about my order. Shipping was less than a week. The 2 pieces of equipment I ordered (bike and rower) work just as advertised and are great.

I got the treadmill! Great product for the price. There were some delays but customer service helped me get updates and shipped quickly as soon as it was available.
