Yeti’s customer service is the best
Yeti’s customer service is the best! My Yeti coolers zipper was not closing properly after 2 years. I contacted Yeti as to what I could do or if it could be repaired. They had me send pictures of the issue. They responded by sending me a brand new yeti as a replacement at no cost to me. Wow! Customer service like this is rare. Thank you Yeti for taking care of your loyal customers!

THE SILO JUG DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I ordered a couple of the silo jugs a 1/2 gallon and a 42oz. I guess I didn’t read they are made of plastic so was a little disappointed with that, but the biggest disappointment is they won’t keep anything cold it’s not even hot yet and the ice melts in a couple hours out of the sun. If you’re planning on getting one I strongly suggest not. And paid extra for name and the sticker came off not long after getting it. It’s really just upsetting after getting so many great things from yeti to receive what I consider a dollar store product. Anyway I don’t use it just lost money on it I use my igloo it holds ice way longer. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money you just put so much respect in a company when you receive so many great things you just think everything they sale will be great and then you get such cheap water jug. Anyway I hope this helps someone and they don’t get stuck with this very cheap jug the silo no no.

Hopper 8 Zipper
I had a Hopper 8 that the Zipper had a few broken teeth. This made it difficult to open and close plus having the opening, it didn't cool as well. I sent a note with the issue with pictures and had a very quick response as well as, approval for a replacement cooler within an hour.
