I am so disappointed that you have lived up to the bad reviews, I was hoping they were just a few bad opinions but you gladly took 3rd party payments and then at time of withdrawal, decide that they are not good enough.
You even asked for 3rd party ID, its at that point that you should raise the issue, asking for them is a joke.
I dread to think what you might do with all of the ID docs that you have been given.

Thank you for the review and thank you for not reading our terms and conditions and blindly accepting them when you registered to our site.
The reason you are upset like others here is because we caught you using someone else's money.
In the old days when you went to buy something in the store, the cashier would check the name on your card or cheque, to see if it belongs to you. Nowadays with mobile payment apps, a cashier can't tell if the payment belongs to you or someone else, especially with self checkout, where no one is there to check.
The same goes for online transactions. Payment information is masked for security reasons. So, when it's time to verify an account fully we require all the necessary statements and documentation. If you want to save yourself future issues at other gambling sites, my suggestion would be make a deposit and verify yourself fully before starting to play. And of course the main recommendation - don't use someone else's money to gamble with.

Complete thieves - make withdrawing winnings impossible. Sent endless evidence to support verification, yet still coming up with more huddles to prevent paying out. Are happy to take deposits without verification but the moment you want to withdraw they block it. Will defo be complaining to the gambling commission. Would advise everyone to avoid this betting site.

Hi Alex, I'm sorry you feel this way. You withdrawals were paid out. The only reason your latest withdrawal caused some delays, is because you chose to withdraw your winnings to a different payment method than what you last deposited with. We do not allow this as per our terms and conditions.
So when this happens your withdrawal gets declined and certain documents are requested. But since all your docs have been verified for now, you shouldn't have anymore issues for the near future.
