I’m very thankful I came across Yew Digital Lock. The technician who came the install my lock did so efficiently and quickly without much hassle nor disruptions. Furthermore, the lock has been operating smoothly up till now.

Yew digital lock is my favourite lock brand as their staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I’ve never had a digital lock before but they explained the process to me in a way that I could perfectly understand. Furthermore, the lock has been working well and my family is happy with it so far.

Terrible service.

I had misplaced my letterbox key and had engaged their services to open the lock.

The staff they sent over did not ask me for any ID to verify that I'm the owner. He asked if I had the key, to which I said no. He then went to take a hammer and screwdriver and proceeded to forcefully open the letterbox by banging and hammering at it causing dents and damage to the door.

He did not inform me prior to this that there would be damage to the door.
He also neglected to inform me that the digital lock which he was supposed to install would not be able to be installed upright and that the numbers would appear tilted to the left.

I spoke to his manager on the phone. He insisted his staff had informed me there would be damage to the door which he had no way to verify.

When I told him that he staff also did not ask me for any ID, he said that they are not the police and do not have the authority to ask for ID. I don't think this is right because it would mean that without verification, anyone can call a locksmith to break into a letterbox or unit by claiming that they are the owner.

Over text messages later, he also refused to acknowledge that his staff had made a mistake by not asking me for my ID.

I think it is unacceptable that a locksmith does not follow what should be basic standard operating procedures such as checking ID before breaking into a lock and also informing the customer of issues before proceeding to do damage. They pose a risk to other customers if they are allowed to continue to operate in this manner.

Yew Digital Lock provides a very secure and convenient for everyone’s use which makes lives easier. It makes me feel secure and safe when im alone at my own home. The sales person Paul , who managed to convince me to buy this digital Lock was because of his friendliness and he sounded very trustworthy. Would highly recommend this Digital Lock to anyone who are planning to get a new lock for their house.

Recently got my Yew X5 Door Lock from Minghui, who was professional and answered my queries very detailedly. The lock has great face recognition which adds to its security and it is efficient too. Thank you Yew Digital Lock, highly recommended!!

Me and my wife wanted to install a digital lock on our home door and luckily we came across Yew Digital Lock ! We were very impressed by the customer service which was handles by staff named Kevin ! he helped us by recommending digital locks that suits us most and were in out budget ! after long discussions we ended up with the Elite V8 Door Lock and we were also very impressed with Staff Suresh because he did a great job installing the digital lock ! 100% would recommend anyone finding door locks !

Paul helped me to fixed up my Yew X9 Door Lock in a couple of minutes and without much issue. The door itself is very efficient and its facial recognition is very useful compare to other door lock that uses this system. The security itself is also very good so I know I can really rely on it after asking my friend to try to use facial recognition

Paul and Ken helped me to install a new Yew E Gate Gate Lock on my house door. The new lock provides me with a great sense of security and trust as there are many security options to lock the main door. It has facial recognition on the lock that make it fast and efficient as all you need to do is just look at the camera on the lock and the door would be unlocked this feature also provides great security as only you and registered faces would be able to unlock the door. Thanks to Paul and Ken for helping me to install it. They were very kind and professional.

Professional and efficient service! Digital lock has facial recognition, it has been very convenient for me to go home especially after a long and tiring day of work. I only ever write reviews when I really have something to commend. And the service rendered to me by the very thoughtful installation and security experts is worth commending! I'm not very savvy on good models and couldn't find any trustworthy companies to provide well-working locks within my budget. It was such a hassle. But immediately after contacting Yew Locks' installers they got back to me within a day and arranged for me to have an up-front look of each product + specification. I feel a lot safer knowing exactly how my smart locks work (installer helped to explain so much cause I didn't know anything!) and managed to get a model within my 1K budget with a very extended warranty! Salespeople were very reassuring and checked in a lot when I was still choosing! Process was easy and painless... should've come here from the start haha. Already recommended to a lot of family and friends!

It was a pleasant shopping experience and enjoyed my time there. There were many options to choose from and with clear information about the different locks available. Was happy to make this my choice option and would highly recommend to friends and family.
