This business has been very attentive and they have excellent customer service. My package was lost by my post office for over a year, but I still got my order and the products are top quality. I suggest ordering from them.

Clearly something happened and I didn't receive it, I was told I'd get a replacement - that was 2 weeks ago. I haven't received the replacement. I will send another email asking for a refund. Sometimes you don't get a response. We shall see what happens from here.

Replacement received, after emailing a complaint. Therefore an extra star is given.

Love my bonnet

Love my bonnet! It arrived really quickly. I’ve tried loads of different brands before and this is the best one by far - fits so nicely, the fabric feels quality and it stays put all night.

Waited for more than 4 months for my package

I ordered my headwraps January 1st (!) 2023. I don't live in the UK so before I ordered I checked how long it would take for the package to reach me. I saw 5-7 business days which would mean I'd have it before the end of January. That was fine by me and I placed my order. After 5-7 business days. Nothing. I sent an email in January. Nothing. Then I got the email that the owner had been in the hospital and she would resume sending packages asap. I thought I'd get a response on my email. Nothing. My package? Nowhere to be found. In March (!) I decided I was sick of it and asked for my money back at my bank. Luckily I got it back. In April all of a sudden I got an email which stated that my shipment is on its way. I'm sorry but after 3 months?!!! Are you kidding me?! I sent an email back and said she could keep the package and I didn't want it anymore. Last week I got a notification to pick up a package. I was expecting one so I wasn't surprised. So, I picked up the package. I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention. Big mistake. Only after I picked it up I decided to look and saw the sticker had Yeyemi on it. I immediatly went back but unfortunately I couldn't give it back and I refused to pay to send it back. I threw it in the back of a cabinet I don't want it anymore. I want to warn people (and especially people that don't live in the UK): DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER HERE OR EXPECT TO WAIT 4 MONTS OR MORE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. I have ordered from the UK before and I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior before. No response to my emails, expect me to want a package after 4 months (!) and go after my money with 0 communication. Disgusting. Yeyemi fooled me once but I won't get fooled again.

I read the response and in my opinion it is a sorry excuse. How do you want to blame it on Royal Mail while other companies I have ordered from in the UK took 10 working days max? I also don’t believe you didn’t get my emails because I sent them to the email you provided on your website. Also I decided to open the package and miss ma’am who is Shaneal Natural? Not my order. Worst €60 I’ve spent in my life. Once again I do NOT recommend

The products were brilliant quality and…

The products were brilliant quality and arrived safely on time with a handwritten thank you. It is sometimes hard to gauge colour on an online purchase, but the colour online was true to life and they’re even more beautiful in person as well as being very comfortable. I didn’t need customer service.

I love Yeyemi’s wraps, but wishing there was better communication

I love Yeyemi’s wraps, which I was very excited to receive after placing my order in December but unfortunately, I have not received any updates regarding my order status since then. Despite my attempts to contact the shop owner, I have not received any response. While I appreciate the regular email newsletters and Instagram posts, I would appreciate it if the company could prioritize communication with customers regarding their orders. It's been disappointing to not have any clarity or resolution regarding my order after several months.
