Still waiting on my order

I ordered 3 necklaces on the 2nd of March. My order was supposed to been delivered on the 7th of March. I received 2 necklaces on the 24th. Still waiting on the 3rd necklaces. Now the site is saying that it will be here on the 24th. We'll it's the 27th and it's still in New York. I live in Kentucky. So I'll probably get it in December lol. I will never order from them again 😒 🙄

I had a terrible experience with YFN…

I had a terrible experience with YFN and would never buy from them again. I accidentally placed an order using an old address and immediately contacted their customer service to correct it. Instead of acting quickly, they took several days to respond, only to tell me that the order had already been dispatched and there was “nothing they could do.” Their only advice was to contact Evri, but by the time I did, the package had already been delivered to the wrong address.

The lack of urgency and poor customer service resulted in me losing £70 with no resolution or compensation offered. A simple address update should have been possible if they had responded in a timely manner. The slow response time and unwillingness to help make it clear that YFN does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Order something for my kids for…

Order something for my kids for Valentine’s Day on Jan 24th, today is the 10th of February and it still hasn’t been shipped, emailed them last week was told it was shipping Friday, got another email today saying it’s only being shipped Wednesday now, I even paid for extra shipping to have it shipped by the 31st of January, totally scam website, nothing but excuses. I would not recommend this website.

Bought a $300 necklace that looked and felt like it was worth $3, returned it and still have yet to receive my refund.

Using copyrighted photos for pieces they can't make

This company is using copyrighted images of my products with bits photoshopped out without permission - after contacting them they DID thankfully remove the images and blamed a 'marketing person' for the mistake, but it's clear they were advertising products they cannot even make as these pieces were unique designs handmade by myself. They asked me to remove this review after taking the products down, but I think it's important buyers know what sort of company they are shopping with. I wouldn't trust them to put my photos back up again in retaliation, but they won't be able to make them as advertised either way!

My partner ordered a necklace from YFN…

My partner ordered a necklace from YFN for my Christmas present. When it came he thought it was such poor quality he showed me before Christmas and I agreed. It has taken us nearly two months to get any sort of solution from the company, the repeatedly denied giving us a return address in order to send it back and we have sent about ten emails attempting to simply send the product back. When we finally got the return address it was such a hassle we just gave up. I would not recommend ever buying from this company.

COPYING IMAGES AND REVIEWS

You can reverse image search any item on this site and find it elsewhere where more genuine. The Rabbit Locket is available on Amazon, and if you check they even copied all the reviews from Amazon that were posted from 2021 and 2022 to their own website which has them dated at 2024.

Wouldn’t trust this company at all.

They don't deliver on time.

They promise delivery date's they can't fulfil.
Plus the stuff comes from CHINA, so the quality if the products is what it is.

These people are liars

These people are liars.
1. They don’t disclose where they are and afterwards you find out they are in China.
2. They lie about the delivery date and time.
3. When you try to use their so called 24x7 support no one is there.
4. When you send an email inquiry you are told they are out of the office.
5. When they finally acknowledge your inquiry they pretend they need the order number even though you sent it before.
6. When they finally show your order has shipped they don’t provide a legitimate tracking number.

Terrible company fake diamonds ?

Bought some earrings through PayPal, then got email stating they are not even in production, so asked for refund as wouldn’t turn up for Christmas.
The earrings according to a jewellery shop pawn shop said judging by the image, they are fake diamonds as they are way to big for the price.

If I could rate this company a 0 I would, absolutely awful customer service can’t even get hold of anyone to speak to! I ordered an anklet last week for a Christmas present and paid £22.50 for delivery to make sure I had it by Christmas!! I’ve had no updates what so ever on my order and I highly doubt I’ll have it by Christmas! I am not a happy customer what so ever.

Good quality but…

Product seems to be of good quality but everything else was not good. Shipping information wasn't updated and I waited almost a month for delivery. I emailed YFN and received poor support and inaccurate information. Overall, I wouldn't order from YFN. It's more trouble than it's worth.
