I can honestly say I've ordered quite a few items from this company and generally haven't had a problem. Sometimes takes a wee while to come but always good quality. If I email they always reply

i ordered a custom made emoji cushion 60cm, first the website didnt show the option, so i emailed in, they said i could wait for the website to change (when?) or order from the website and email the changes and pay extra, which i did. the cushion was apparently dispatched after 2 weeks and a tracking code sent through which never tracked anything, apparently the order never made it from the business to royal mail or got lost in transport(Very Fishy) it got lost, i emailed back, they refunded the amount, but to wait 4 weeks for nothing, no point ordering from here as its hit and miss and you probably will never have the order delivered, bad experience that has left a bad taste

I purchased from yililo mulitiple times. Their home decor and everything they sell is absolutely gorgeous and of a high standard. Some things are made to order and some are being imported which understandably takes time and there is a disclaimer in regards to this on the website. I never had issues with customer services, deliveries or my purchases in fact I am very grateful for such a lovely service

Beautiful chopping board. Did wait a few days for dispatch but this is understandable being a small business hand making each item. Owner is lovely and replied to my messages when I asked about dispatch time etc. would definitely order from here again.
Ordered a glass, put the discount code I got for 10% off for first order - this didn't work. Regardless, I went to the next screen which showed me the glass I'd put in my basket. It said, 'do you want to add this to your basket' - which I thought odd, so I clicked yes and the website checked itself out (I think this is because I was logged into the 'shop' app). I then realised that they'd added two glasses to the order! Why would it ask if I wanted another glass before checkout??
So I was scammed into ordering two glasses. I contacted them to cancel my order - they ignored me. Then when they finally answered me they said they'd refunded the order. This is two weeks later and I still have no refund.

You attempted to place an order below the minimum amount required to qualify for a discount. Despite being informed of this (I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS - I have the transcript of the conversation) you continued with the process and accidentally submitted your order (I didn't accidentally submit, the website forced the submit - no 'check your order before you check out - it went straight to check out).
Our upsell app—commonly used in e-commerce—then offered you a discount on an additional item, which you chose to accept, leading to the second glass being added to your order. (This is a trick - designed to make customers order more than they wanted and hope the hassle is too much (in this case, exactly that) to bother with going through your awful customer services to redress this.
When you contacted us, we did not ignore your request. (My initial contact was completely ignored and you know this is true. You only responded the next day when I tried again!!) We responded promptly, (the second time you did!) fully refunded your order immediately, and informed you that the refund would take a few days to clear, depending on your bank’s processing times. (Two weeks and no refund) Our system confirms that the refund was processed as promised.
Your claim of being "scammed" is unfounded. (Tricked into a second item, no information as to what the initial discount covers, not informed afterwards, ignored on first attempt to address this. If this isn't a scam then you need to wildly rethink your business practices. I won't even go into the fact you take more than two weeks to dispatch items.)
We acted in good faith throughout the entire process, and it’s disappointing to see a review that doesn’t accurately reflect the situation. (It's disappointing to see a reply that lies and changes the facts so you don't look like you don't know what you're doing)
Reviews are intended to help businesses improve and inform other customers, not to misrepresent facts. (Replies are meant to be apologetic, accepting and offer goodwill. Yours skews the truth.)
Again, don't deal with this company. It's not worth it.

I had been searching for a rug for a few months and wanted something a bit different and unique. My friend suggested this site and I purchased one of their leopard print rugs. I was so impressed when it arrived, it’s so thick and plush and the colours are really vivid.
The customer service was great as well as I made a mistake with the size and colour when ordering and they changed it for me straight away.
All in all really pleased and will definitely be ordering from them again!
I ordered a chopping board. It was £30. I didn’t realise they sold two sizes. I messaged them but they didn’t respond for 5 days so it was too late to change the order to the big one. There solution was I could send it back when it arrives and then reorder. I left a review to say the chopping board is not as nice as it looks on screen and the it is so tiny it’s pretty useless and absolutely not worth the money. After writing the review twice and it not being published I asked why. They told me they have the right not to publish reviews!!!! How is that transparent! Absolute disgrace!
They then blocked me so I couldn’t respond. I was told my words are unkind and damaging for a small business. My words are factual about that product. We need honest reviews to make informed choices.
