I had a rwal problem correcting delivery address. The plugs eventually arrived but sime have not thrived. Doubt will reorder.

Disappointing

The plants were very small and some of them were dead. I have planted them but they are not doing well. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately my experience wasnt first…

Unfortunately my experience wasnt first class my cherry tree arrived with lots of what fly on it, I treated it organically thinking it was probably revive once it was out of the packaging. Unfortunately this hasnt been the case and the black mites are back, your advice please

Received the wrong product

Received the wrong product. Sending back atrocious.
Two options to send back, pay to send a sofa back!!! Or give them £50 to collect. Pretty much given no choice but to pay either way. Even though within the 30 day return, in full packaging and un damaged

I paid for express delivery which was…

I paid for express delivery which was delayed , twice ..i waited 5 days for the wardrobe, which once opened the first 2 pieces of wood were split , in a way they cannot be bodged as it will cause further damage . I have been receiving emails to resolve this issue for a week and am still waiting for a resolution. Meanwhile my daughters clothes remain in boxes after moving into our new home. The company are aware of this and I am still waiting .. very very unfortunate, disruptive, inconvenient and upsetting.

Part missing in package!

The price was fine and delivery was good and item was well packed, however one piece of the metal shed was missing! Being halfway through construction and finding "how to contact to complain on the website" difficult I measured and drilled holes to complete the job.
The loss of 5 stars is because of the package contents which may not be Yimbley's fault.

Fraud - avoid!

Fraud - took money, told me item had been delivered when nothing had arrived. Suggest a 75kg shed might be “in a discreet location”, ridiculous. Money gone, no item, avoid.
