No more Portals!
I didn't even get to the point where I had service. They refused to send my documents through the mail. Instead, they insisted on wasting my life by forcing me to log into their portal. I'm not using portals anymore. I'm sick and tired of 50 portals and 75 apps, all have to be logged into at least once a month to find out what companies are doing to you. Each one should have a unique and strong password, and a password manager means one-time hacking to get all passwords, or you have to manually enter a strong, unique password to log into any website.
Any company that is incapable of sending any important documents through the post does not need my money. We grow trees to create paper. At least using the post, I see in ONE PLACE everything that is important for ALL companies ALL AT ONCE.
